Lord, I believe I am more than able to stay FILLED with the Spirit and LED by the SPIRIT, who is the God of Abraham, Isaac, & Jacob, the one true God.

A congregation would strengthen this idea through the members living daily by the Spirit. The recent Sukkot holiday has been an amazing time to learn new things about the presence of God in the past, present, and future. The time we have spent with 5 individuals, created in the image of God, has helped all of us go deeper in our faith. Our minds, wills, and emotions have been renewed.

May we rejoice in the Shabbat rest that He offers daily. That rest, through the power of the Spirit, will comfort and guide us; alerting the season of His return. Let us return to Adonai in rest. Wait upon Adonai. May we know Him in Spirit and in Truth. He is truly King over all the earth. One day we will see face to face the fullness of His coming. Don't arise from your rest prematurely. Wait upon the Lord.

Abide in His Presence.

This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. - John 15:12-13

There is a great need for us to learn how to Abide in Him. We can't truly love as He Loved us, until we learn how to Abide in the Word in us, where His presence dwells. This will release a joy that will be full.

Come Abide in His presence, He is waiting, waiting for us.

Happy Anniversary Touched by Grace!!!!

Again, he sent forth other servants, saying, Tell them which are bidden, Behold, I have prepared my dinner: my oxen and my fatlings are killed, and all things are ready: come unto the marriage. But they made light of it, and went their ways, one to his farm, another to his merchandise:

And the remnant took his servants, and entreated them spitefully, and slew them. But when the king heard thereof, he was wroth: and he sent forth his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city. Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy. Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage. For many are called, but few are chosen. - Matthew 22:1-14

Continuing in the theme of obedience which is what we looked at on Monday we quickly realize that Matthew 22: 1- 14 looks at this same theme from Jesus own words. Imagine being engaged to someone and not doing any preparation for the wedding. Not taking an interest in your betrothed's ideas about the wedding, the honeymoon, guests etc.

That would be very hurtful and you would probably begin to question whether or not you wanted to marry this person. Marriage is such a sacred act according to God's view that I believe he used this parable and example to show both the intimacy and serious nature by which we should examine our faith walk.

Do we desire just to be with him, to love Him, to see who He really is. Interesting that Jesus himself spoke these words in verse 14 many are called, but few are chosen. We could ask almost anybody to marry us, but there are only a few chosen that will say yes.

Have we said, "YES to Jesus's wedding proposal?
Are we interested in His wedding plans?
Do we take for granted the engagement ring "Holy Spirit" that God gave us?

Today, take time to be in love with Him and prepare yourself for the Royal wedding of all eternity YOU and HIM.

For I will be leaning toward you with favor and regard for you, rendering you fruitful, multiplying you, and establishing and ratifying My covenant with you.

I will set My dwelling in and among you, and My soul shall not despise or reject or separate itself from you. And I will walk in and with and among you and will be your God, and you shall be My people. I am the Lord your God, Who brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, that you should no more be slaves; and I have broken the bars of your yoke and made you walk erect [as free men]. Leviticus 26:2,3,6,9,11,12,13,

I find it refreshing to think that by simply obeying God, our life receives all the peace, favor, acceptance, and even more the presence of God walking with us and being his people. How this contrasts from when we are disobedient post resurrection where God's beautiful grace is abused and not respected. Interesting how we quickly forget the need to Fear God in His Holiness and His desire for us to have a fully abundant life through choosing a life of obedience. This week choose a loving relationship with your creator.

Questions to think about this week...

1. Where have I been obedient to God lately as He has spoken to me by the power of the Holy Spirit?

2. In what ways have I ignored or been disobedient to the voice of the Lord in my life recently?

3. What things can I do in my life this week to be more obedient to his voice the first time I hear Him speak?

50 Days of Waiting!!!

The first account I composed, Theophilus, about all that Jesus began to do and teach, until the day when He was taken up to heaven, after He had by the Holy Spirit given orders to the apostles whom He had chosen.

To these He also presented Himself alive after His suffering, by many convincing proofs, appearing to them over a period of forty days and speaking of the things concerning the kingdom of God.

Gathering them together, He commanded them not to leave Jerusalem, but to wait for what the Father had promised, "Which," He said, "you heard of from Me;

for John baptized with water, but you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now."

So when they had come together, they were asking Him, saying, "Lord, is it at this time You are restoring the kingdom to Israel?"

He said to them, "It is not for you to know times or epochs which the Father has fixed by His own authority;

but you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be My witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth."

The Ascension

And after He had said these things, He was lifted up while they were looking on, and a cloud received Him out of their sight. And as they were gazing intently into the sky while He was going, behold, two men in white clothing stood beside them.

They also said, "Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into the sky? This Jesus, who has been taken up from you into heaven, will come in just the same way as you have watched Him go into heaven." Acts 1:1-11

These are days of great reflection as we move from the resurrection to the power of the Holy Spirit that came upon the earth 2,000 years ago. Over these days let us reflect on the resurrection power and the Spirit at work in the Life of those who claim Him as LORD.

Adonai brings to nothing the plans of nations, he foils the plans of all peoples. BUT the counsel of ADONAI stands FOREVER, his heart's plans are for ALL generations. How blessed is the NATION whose GOD is ADONAI, the people he chose as his heritage. - Psalm 33:10-12

Whenever Moses entered the tent, the column of cloud would descend and station itself at the entrance to the tent; and Adonai would speak with Moshe. When all the people saw the column of the cloud stationed at the entrance of the tent, they would get up and prostrate themselves, each man at his tent door. Adonai would speak to Moses face to face, as a man speaks to his friend. - Exodus 33:9-11

National governments are collapsing because they are not worshiping Adonai. Adonai is bringing every knee and every tongue into alignment with the WORD. They will confess that HE is Lord of All. Remember, the increase of HIS Government there shall be no end.

The nations are in divine and prophetic transition in preparation to go to house of the Lord. A hurricane has formed out of the Middle East. Israel is the eye of the storm. Jerusalem is the PLACE where the Holy one will come back too. The beginning of the outer bands of the hurricane are the Arab nations around Israel. The Hurricane will go around the world. Nothing can stop this Hurricane.

God is causing the filth from the daughters of Zion and all those who are grafted in, to be washed away around the world from the people. When sudden peace comes after this Hurricane subsides be ready, for then one will rise up and call for peace. We must all be at our tent door in the secret places with the Lord so we are not deceived. Hold fast to the profession of your faith. Shrink not from the teachings and admonitions of the WORD.

Look UP PEOPLE of God for your redemption draws nigh. Let the Spirit of Grace and truth be around your head. Taste and see that Adonai is Good. Look to HIM and grow radiant in the midst of the Hurricane. Together LET US EXALT HIS NAME.

We must bless the LORD and lets his praise always be in our mouth. Proclaim the greatness of Adonai.

The truth of His Grace is evident in every area of Life around you. You must choose to receive that Grace today and live in Grace no matter how you feel. You can not earn your way in this life no matter how hard you try. You will always be left empty wanting more, even when success is attained. Grace gives you the ability to experience true freedom.

Today allow Grace to rescue you from the life you are currently living, trying to earn all you can. Let Grace adopt you into a Kingdom that is far greater than you can ever imagine. Once you have experienced this Grace release yourself to be completed in His image. Finally, let Grace teach you how to understand His equipping in your life, so you can lead others to GRACE.

In the day we live, we need people of HOPE to lead the way to LIFE more abundant.

How much hope do you have today to offer the world in desperate need of HOPE that will last for eternity?

YOU just might surprise yourself and others how contagious things can get if we initiate HOPE into our daily vocabulary.

How Touched by Grace got started.

Rose and I have lived in Nashville, TN for the past 16 years. God moved us to Nashville in December of 1994 and we knew just one family. It was made clear to us that we needed to move here based on my wife’s career choice to work in a large church in a Children Ministry capacity. Rose has a Christian Education degree, which allows her to work as a Women’s pastor, childrens director, etc.

We started our Journey at the People’s Church in Franklin, Tn. Rose was hired and later in May of 1998 I was licensed to the Gospel ministry by Pastor Rick White. From there Rose and I have worked with the community of faith in the Brentwood area, helping to strengthen, challenge, and encourage either through paid staff or laity.

In 2001, I was questioning the MORE about God’s plan and felt like something was missing. I went to my back yard got in the hammock and told God .... That’s it I’m done. There must be more to this Christian life than what I am experiencing. God spoke to me one word. “ISRAEL”

This would begin the journey for Rose and I to come into the understanding of Israel. Over the years since that day in 2001 we have been learning how to operate as Jesus taught us with a heart to be involved with Israel. Rose took several years to come on board and in February/March of 2005 God spoke to Rose on a retreat that said, “Your need will be supplied in a SUN SCORCHED LAND.” Isaiah 58:11

Rose came home from the retreat and said, “The Lord told me Israel” So now we were in unity about Israel. At the time I was working as an office manager in Brentwood, TN and had shared my love and desire to someday be helping Israel.

In April of 2005 I received an email asking me to consider a position with a news wire company with an opening in Jerusalem, Israel. I talked to my boss and left for two weeks for Washington DC right away to learn about the career opportunity.

At the end of two weeks not only had a I received my prayer language, but was hired and on track to work in Jerusalem, Israel.

I was there for 5 weeks in May of 2005 and came home and our family has been traveling to Israel every year since for 3 to 6 months at a time. We have been living in Northern Israel working with the people.

After two years with the News Wire Service the company closed their Israeli and Russian operations. Rose and I were already transitioning into a new assignment. A couple in Northern Israel saw the call of God on our lives. They have operated a ministry in Israel for the past 10 years. We all agreed that when we came home from Israel in the spring of 2007 we would be ordained as full-time Levitical Ministers of the Gospel. So on 7-7-07 after a 40 day fast. 40 people joined in affirmation about the call of God on our lives to share the story of Israel around the world.

Since that day TBG was born in the natural and we have been serving God throughout the world including, Ukraine, India, Germany, California, Kansas, Tennessee, Ohio, Israel, Turkey, etc. "Reaching the world ONE PERSON at a TIME"

From Israel first and then to the uttermost parts of the earth.

Rededication & Consecration!

Tonight we celebrate the first night of Hannukah. From the Hebrew word for "dedication" or "consecration", Hanukkah marks the rededication of the Temple in Jerusalem. Following the victory of the Maccabees over the Seleucid Empire, there was only enough consecrated olive oil to fuel the eternal flame in the Temple for one day. Miraculously, the oil burned for eight days, which was the length of time it took to press, prepare and consecrate fresh olive oil.

As we reflect on our own lives may we seek the Holy Spirit's Power and work in our lives of consecrating ourselves to HIM through the renewing of our mind, will, and emotions.

Something has happened... There has been a shift in values. Remember the vow you took... "I declare that my whole life, whether it be long or short shall be devoted to your service. Your whole life, that was a commitment you made to God and to your people." - The Queen

We need a world full of people that will dedicate their WHOLE life to God whether it be long or short.

As we enter this Thanksgiving week, I pray we reflect on those who have gone before that have dedicated their whole life to GOD. What will it take for us in 2010 and forward, to do the same? This week be Thankful for the sacrifice that has been paid to bring us all into God's presence for eternity.

Protect them from the evil one!!!!

Jesus in his prayer to the Father spoke of the need to make sure we were protected from the evil one. Jesus made it clear that we were to stay in this world for a determined amount of time for purposes relationally to our FATHER.

Have you discovered your unique purpose in the Father going and making disciple of all nations?

You are being protected from the evil one, YOU (with the Spirit of G-D in you) are a threat to the evil one?

Today, seek HIM so that you may find the purpose you were created for...

Ask yourself this question today? Who is my Father? What is my heritage, inheritance, and origin? You MUST go past Luther and Constantine to find your father and the covenant. Only then will you experience true freedom and life in the Spirit. Come and be married to the Bridegroom who will return. Don't continue to be a part of the greatest generation of divorce since 3AD when we left our first love. Those who seek HIM will find HIM. By faith through grace you have been saved. To the Jew first and also to the Greek.

In the suddenly of the plan of God manifesting in your life, the unexpected events you encounter, don't be afraid. Embrace Abba's plan and just flow where He directs you. It may at first feel strange and out of order. But on the contrary, we know that God has it all in order and in perfect alignment with HIS master plan for your life. (Jeremiah 29:11-13) What we need to do is thank Him for what He is doing, has done, and will continue to do. PRAISE Him for His goodness through the years, in the present and in the time to come. This will ensure our attitude is in direct flow with His plan for welfare and goodness and blessing in our lives.

Becoming "Agents of His Glory"!

How often do we miss, by lack of consciously choosing to be aware of, the Almighty's presence in our lives from day to day? The availability is always there. Will we choose to become aware of the need for His presence based on the cross we bear or simply to enjoy our relationship with the Creator of the Universe? In order to live in Resurrected Glory we must choose on earth as it is in heaven to be agents of HIS Glory.

The light that we carry has as one of its purposes the illumination of the way for people to come to deeper understanding, of the weight of HIS Glory. When we are wrapped in His Glory, worship, praise, thankfulness, and humility become natural products of His presence found therein. Liberty, Grace, & Freedom exist in this Glory and are spread like a blanket to all those who come under the influence of His presence.

Power and Authority reside in the shalom (peace) that is the Glory for in that place of unity with His heart and purpose, true security is found and confidence is understood. You become settled in your spirit, you become more aware and comfortable with who you were created to be, the longer you wait upon the Lord in the Glory of His presence.

For Thine is the Kingdom, and the Power, and the GLORY....
... And I will dwell in the house of the LORD FOREVER!

The Gentile Diamonds and the Root Gemstones

The Gemstone - The Diamond - The Light of the Word - The Ephod - The Royal Setting - His Heart

Have you ever thought about diamonds. They all are unique no two exactly alike. They are valued by their clarity, cut, & color. A diamond also has relatively high optical dispersion, that is ability to disperse light of different colors, which results in its characteristic luster. In our lives we are a diamond that is specific and precisely cut with certain clarity & color we all obtain when we come to faith. As the Holy Spirit takes over in our lives the color gets clearer and clearer as long as we surrender and walk in faith.

The ephod was a garment that held the 12 stones of the tribes of Israel. Worn as part of the High Priests Garment. All beautiful colors. The Jews represent the rainbow of color. (Noah was given this promise after the flood) The Gentiles remind me of diamonds. These diamonds fit perfectly around the gemstones of the tribes of Israel in the Ephod. There is plenty of room in the ephod for the elect. It is our responsibility to allow the Holy Spirit to make us of the best color... without spec or blemish.

I can picture when our lord returns the Great High Priest, He will be wearing the ephod on the white horse with all of his treasures close to HIS heart and protecting the heart of who and what we are. He told us we needed to circumcise our hearts. We have HIS heart when we get into agreement with His plan for Israel both in the past, today, and the second coming that is close at hand.

The refraction potential we have for God goes beyond that which we could ever ask hope or imagine. We choose how much of His light we will refract for Him. As we are refracting the Light (I am the Light of the world. Jesus said) we bounce off and blend with the colored gems becoming the one new man and light to the world with HIM IN US... So let's let our light shine before men. Remember we have the light in us. The inner light of the Lord Jesus in the work of the Holy Spirit as Jesus did after He was baptized in the Jordan river.

Today is your day to Shine for Him. Allow His love to refract through the precision cut you are for Him. NO two diamonds are cut exactly the same, neither are we in the body of Christ cut exactly the same way. We are fearfully and wonderfully made.

We are jointly and fitly put together. A diamond has a beautiful setting that it fits in.

Have you recognized the setting He has placed you in?

It is imperative today that you take a look at where you are placed in the Ephod and the Royal setting you were called too. Which one of the twelve tribe gemstones have you been placed around to help complete the engagement story and betrothal before the wedding that is about to take place according to Romans 11.

Our Love is what will make ISRAEL envious.

How in Love with Him are we?

How much of His love makes ISRAEL or those around you envious?

Have you been overshadowed by the most High God in a way that like Mary we have said may it be done according to your will?

I am encouraging each of us to examine our diamond and see what can be done to refine the clarity, allowing more light to shine through.

Th Unplugged Lamp

I believe based on the Word of God that most, if not all, of the denominations and non-denominations that exist in the Church agree salvation can only be achieved by the blood of Jesus shed on the cross.

What troubles my spirit is that we have allowed the enemy to deceive blood bought believers of the role and function of the Holy Spirit in the earth and believers life. The enemy has allowed us to acknowledge the reality of the third person of the trinity and then stops there.

This creates a problem for the believer who desires to be used to lead people into true intimacy with God. The example looks like this: Imagine a lamp that is sitting next to a chair in a dark room and not plugged into the wall outlet. Now imagine an individual sitting in a chair next to the lamp trying to read the Word of God. The whole time the church being the lamp believes that the individual will be able to read the Word somehow in this dark room, find the Truth, and will be set free. The reality is if you would understand that you are 6 inches from being plugged into the wall outlet that could produce the light to help the individual with ease read and understand the truth that sets them free. This then empowers both the church and the individual to achieve life and life more abundant.

Jesus said, I am the LIGHT of the World. Jesus with the Holy Spirit in Him was and is a type and shadow for us today to conform to His image. (The image of God himself)

The Spirit empowered within us through Jesus has given us the authority already based on the blood and ressurection to be the light to the world.

Why not get plugged into the electrical outlet today and allow the Holy Spirit to Illuminate the way, truth, and life to all the individuals that sit in the chairs next to you throughout the journey of your life.

The Flame the burns...

Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for our "God is a consuming fire - Hebrews 12:28-29

Thinking of the verse above and asking the Spirit to impress on my heart thoughts that will encourage us in our relationship with Him. The need for us to be thankful and continually worshiping God goes beyond the way we approach these to words in our life application. We leave worship and thankfulness only for Sunday and go about living our lives without passionately pursuing Him.

When God tells us that HE is a consuming fire what does that mean to us? A consuming fire burns up everything it its touches. However, at a deeper look the Holy Spirit is fire as we are getting ready to celebrate the feast of PENTECOST this week after 2000 years. I truly am grateful that we were empowered by the HOLY SPIRIT and that Jesus told us to wait in Jerusalem till we receive the Gift the Father promised.

Amazing to me so many people today refuse to allow the Holy Spirit usage in our lives; the good gift that God gave us to make a difference in the World as a Priest and King for His Kingdom. Why we choose to believe we can do it our own way and that our Heavenly Father does not know what is best for us, leaves me to an understanding that it must be we choose not to desire to be all that we can be for Him as an ambassador in the Kingdom.

Some of the body of Christ will never reach their full potential in Christ through life in the Spirit because we don't not want to do the work it takes. I know this sounds painful, but this is the truth of the matter. If it were not so we would see a much great impact for God's Kingdom as we did in the early church.

So my thought is why not let God kindle the fire in your life by the power of the Holy Spirit, so that all who come near you will be consumed by the fire and love of HIS presence in your life.

Last night I was listening to a song titled Love, Where is your Fire by Brooke Fraser. Some of the Lyrics in the song are below and have great truth in them.

Explosion of His Manifest Presence.

The creation waits in eager expectation for the sons of God to be revealed. For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the glorious freedom of the children of God.

We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time. Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies. For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what he already has? But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently. - Romans 8:19-25

It is clear that we need to be keenly aware of the manifest presence of God within us and around us. There is an explosion that is getting ready to happen that will take the world by surprise. The manifest presence of His Royal Ambassadors. The manifestation of the Sons & Daughters of the Living God. Some of you today are not sure of what is happening around you other than there are many changes taking place. You can be comforted by the fact that Our Lord and King is changing us into His image. The DEEP is Calling out to DEEP. The Earth is Groaning for Our Great God to come and return.

Now is the time to come to HIM.

Now is the time to Connect with HIM.

NOW is the time to JOIN your name with HIS.

Remember HE is calling out your name name.

The blood of the Lamb needs to be applied to the doorpost of your heart.

Competent Ministers of the Spirit!!!!

Are we beginning to commend ourselves again? Or do we need, like some people, letters of recommendation to you or from you? You yourselves are our letter, written on our hearts, known and read by everybody. You show that you are a letter from Christ, the result of our ministry, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.

Such confidence as this is ours through Christ before God. Not that we are competent in ourselves to claim anything for ourselves, but our competence comes from God. He has made us competent as ministers of a new covenant—not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.

Now if the ministry that brought death, which was engraved in letters on stone, came with glory, so that the Israelites could not look steadily at the face of Moses because of its glory, fading though it was, will not the ministry of the Spirit be even more glorious? - 2 Corinthians 3:1-8

Reading these verses, tears begin to well up in my eyes. We have been so deceived for so many years that our ways in the church today will lead to the Life that only He can give. However, God said that my ways are higher than your ways. 2 Corinthians chapter 3 clearly spells out that we are living epistles to be read of all men.

We must go through the process of becoming like HIM and operating as He did. We must bring ourselves in subjection to a renewed mind washed by the Word to exemplify this type of lifestyle that 2 Corinthians speaks of in chapter 3. We were commanded to, "GO and make disciples of all NATIONS." I can tell you from personal experience that this Ministry of the Spirit is more glorious. I have tasted of it. Now my responsibility is to live it everyday.

It is time for us to leave the traditions of MAN and return to the life that only Christ can give.

The question stands before each of us today, will you surrender under the freedom of His will for your Life?

Will you allow the Most High God to take you and compel (constrain) you by His great Love for purposes that you can not even imagine right now?

The world around you needs to read your living testimony. God is counting on us to get the Gospel to a lost and dying world....

Come, be set apart for unto God and his service in your life.

His return is eminent and we don't want to be left with nothing to show for the eternal Kingdom of our Great God and King.

For the days are coming upon you when your enemies will set up a barricade around you, encircle you, hem you in on every side, and dash you to the ground, you and your children within your walls, leaving not one stone standing on another - and all because you did not recognize your opportunity when God offered it!" - Luke 19:41-44

In the quiet of the night last evening , as I lay on my bed meditating, I began to weep. I was moved in such a way after doing some extensive reading this past week on the body of Messiah past and present. My heart was troubled with how far we have strayed from the original intent. I was immediately taken in my mind to the scriptures where Yeshua was weeping over Jerusalem. While crying, I believe God allowed me an opportunity to feel a portion of His heart as it relates to the church today. What struck me the most after reading the Word this morning was this... "you did not recognize your opportunity when God offered it!"

I challenge all of us today who claim the risen Lord as Messiah to come back to His heart. Don't miss the opportunity God has offered you. Ask yourself these questions.

Do I know what my Faith is rooted in?

Do I know who I am grafted into?

What is the opportunity God has offered me?

Have I recognized the Masters voice and obeyed?

Is my Lord and Savior weeping over me today?

Let's Walk through the Fire!

For I am Adonai, your God, The Holy One of Israel, your Savior - Isaiah 43:1-3

Reflecting on these verses, we should acknowledge the confidence, humility, and boldness that are needed to reflect the kingdom of God to every created person. God has created all of us for purpose. Those of us who have come into the knowledge of his HOLY presence have been called by NAME to reach the world one person at a time.

God promised that we would not be scorched or burned when we walk through the fire. He never promised we wouldn't go through the Fire. We need to understand as Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, that HE is the GREAT I AM.

Find a place this weekend to connect with Adonai, He is waiting there for you all the time.

Ask yourselves these questions today:

Am I willing to walk through the Fire?

Do I need to change my perspective of who the Great I AM is?

Do you know you belong to God?

Can you hear Adonai calling your name?

I cry aloud to God, aloud to God; and he hears me. On the day of my distress I am seeking Adonai; my hands are lifted up; my tears flow all night without ceasing; my heart refuses comfort.

God eagerly desires to bless us and love on us in more ways than we could ever ask, hope, or imagine. Today, choose to remove the blocks that keep you from passionately crying out to Him for the restoration of mankind to Himself.

As we learn to cry out in adoration, repentance, and petition we learn a valuable lesson in humility and begin to discover the first step in obedience to the Fathers voice.

Do we cry out to God in 2010?

When was the last time the tears flowed uncontrollably from crying out?

It is time to identify the Hellenistic mindsets that have stolen our Joy

of being surrendered fully to God and stifled us from Crying out to our King.

He waits with arms open wide to Lavish His love upon each of us, but we must

cry out only to Him, no substitute will satisfy.

It is no longer about who is right, the issue is finding the TRUTH.

Are you a seeker of Truth and a Worshipper of the Creator?

As you Cry Out, God will pour out the truth into your Spirit.

All traditions of mankind will fade away, but the truth will remain.

Your throne was established long ago; you have existed forever.

The Consuming Fire!

Our God is a consuming Fire! - Hebrews 12:29, Exodus 3:1-6

Moses at mount Horev met God at the burning bush. Although the bush was flaming with fire, the bush did not burn up. Moses made a decision to go see this sight. Notice Moses took action. Only when Moses moved did Adonai call from the middle of the bush and speak his name.

Just as Moses took action, we are required to take action. Since Pentecost we have been filled with His spirit. The FIRE is already in you. He placed it in you when you received Him. God has need of us to take action, based on the prompting of the Holy Spirit daily in your life.

Every act of obedience fans the flame of His presence to consume you and share life more abundant with those around you.

Our lives need to be redefined by the voice from the fire.

Have you heard Him (I AM) call your name from the fire?

What has Adonai asked you to do for His Kingdom?

He told Moses to tell Pharaoh "Let MY people go"

By faith, step closer to the burning bush in your life that will not be consumed.

You will become lost in HIS presence and warmed by His all consuming fire.

SO LET YOUR LIGHT SHINE BEFORE ALL MEN...

The Light of the World & the Persian Widow

You are light for the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Likewise, when people light a lamp, they don't cover it with a bowl but put it on a lampstand, so that it shines for everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before people, so that they may see the good things you do and praise your Father in heaven. Don't think that i have come to abolish the Torah or the Prophets. I have come not to abolish but to complete. Yes indeed! I tell you that until heaven and earth pass away, not so much as a yud or a stroke will pass from the Torah - not until everything that must happen has happened. - Matthew 5:14-18

On the 7th day of Hanukkah I want to bring you this word. In the last devotional I challenged us to be Menorah's and Living temple's for God. Today, I want to challenge you to Let your light shine through your intimate and loving relationship you have with the Father through the Holy Spirit in your life.

Yeshua in these verses challenges us to be lights to the world. Yeshua challenges us to take ownership of our Faith, raising up becoming the men and women of God for His Kingdom.

God loves us so much that He desires more than anything to be in relationship with all mankind. Our responsibility is to show the world through the Holy Spirit's power in our life, by letting our Light SHINE.

Yeshua also tells us that He did NOT come to abolish the Torah, but to complete it. In John we read that He was the incarnate Word that became flesh.

The other evening Rose and I lit the 5th Hanukkah light in our home. A Persian widow was with visiting us who has never practiced the muslim faith, but grew up muslim and fled Iran over 30 years ago to come to America. At 16 in Iran she visited the Synagogue and went to Jewish school, in the midst of the oppressive Muslim religion. She said, "I felt so warm and good when they opened the Torah"

Our great God is still working today through the TORAH until everything that must happen must happen. There is much that still needs to happen.

Shine your light today for you never know when the Persian widow will visit your home. I am glad that we lit that 5th Hanukkah light. Our family was able to shine our Light bright that night and share Yeshua with this widow.

Then the angel that had been speaking with me returned and roused me, as if he were waking someone up from being asleep, and asked me, "What do you see?" I answered, "I've been looking at a menorah; it's all of gold, with a bowl at its top, seven lamps on it, and seven tubes leading to the lamps at its top. Next to it are two olive trees, one on the right side of the bowl and the other on its left." I then asked the angel speaking with me, "What are these, my Lord?" The angel speaking with me said, "Don't you know what these are?" I said, "No my Lord." Then he answered me, "This is the word of Adonai to Z'rubavel: 'Not by force, and not by power, but by my Spirit,' says Adonai-Tzva'ot. What are you, you big mountain? Before Z'rubavel you will become a plain; and he will put the capstone in place, as everyone shouts, "It's beautiful! It's BEAUTIFUL!"'

This message from Adonai came to me: 'The hands of Z'rubavel have laid the foundation of this house, and his hands will also finish it.' Then you will know that Adonai-Tzva'0t sent me to you. For even someone who doesn't think much of a day when such minor events take place will rejoice at seeing the plubmline in the hand of Z'rubabvel. So these seven are the eyes of Adonai that range about over all the earth."

I replied by asking him, "What are those two olive tress on the right and left sides of the menorah?" Then I asked the question again: "What are those two olive branches discharging gold(-colored oil) through the two gold spouts?" He replied, "Don't you know what they are?" I answered, "No, my Lord." He said, "Those are the two who have been anointed with oil; they are standing with the Lord of all the land." - Zechariah 4:1-14

During this time of year when the Hanukkiah's are fully lit, we remember that the oil of the menorah represents the Holy Spirit in Zechariah 4. The Holy Spirit is the oil in our lives that produces the fruit of the Spirit. With certainty it is not by power, nor by might, but by HIS SPIRIT in us that we are compelled to be changed in the image of the SON of God who gave himself for us.

I challenge you to ask yourself how is your oil level...

How much have you surrendered to the HOLY Spirit?

Would you have enough oil to last 8 days?

Do we struggle in our sanctification process (surrender) to the Holy Spirit to just make it through one day, with nothing left for those around you to see your light.

Today, surrender another portion of your life so the Oil of Gladness and Joy comes forth and your light begins to shine brighter for Him. Truly, it is beautiful that we are now the Temple of God that He chooses to reside in.

Yes Hanukkah is over historically, but we are all living temples and menorahs for our great KING of KINGS and Lord of Lords.

Yeshua during Hanukkah...

Then came Hanukkah in Jerusalem, It was winter, and when Yeshua was walking around inside the Temple area, in Shlomos Colonnade. So the Judeans Surrounded him and said to him, "How much Longer are you going to keep us in suspense? If you are the Messiah, tell us publicly!" Yeshua answered them, "I have already told you and you don't trust me. The works I do in my Father's name testify on my behalf, but the reason you don't trust is that you are not included among my sheep. My sheep listen to my voice, I recognize them, they follow me, and I give them eternal life." - John 10:22-28a.

Today, as you read these verses we see Yeshua in the temple during Hanukkah. Yes you read correctly Hanukkah. Even though our evangelical circles have not acknowledged this fact the Word is clear that Yeshua was in the temple during the feast of dedication (Festival of Lights) Hanukkah.

What is compelling to me in addition to this fact, is that Yeshua shared with the Judeans that they did not trust Him. Yeshua went on further to say, my sheep listen to my voice and then Yeshua recognized them. Next the sheep follow Him. Finally, eternal life is granted.

Are you listening to voice of the Lord calling you today?

Are you willing to follow Him?

Eternal life is waiting for you.

The world needs to know the voice of the Lord, confess He is lord and believe.

Why not allow God to use you to direct people to the voice of the Lord.

This can only happen if your testimony rings true with the Shepherds ear.

Streams of His Presence

Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, "streams of living water will flow from within him." - John 7:38

The rain from Heaven that falls to the earth collects into a stream that moves along till it reaches its final destination. The water moves across the rocks till they become smooth in submission to the path and streams direction. The sound that you hear from the stream, is the Voice of the Lord in our lives to be led in the right direction. In total surrender to the current stream of His presence, we find life that only His living water can refresh us.

The release of these rain drops that come from Heaven, give us the opportunity to be blessings of His presence to point people in the right direction. Our lives need to be the object of His affection that allow His Spirit to penetrate our perspective. There is only one stream that flows from the Ancient of Days to guide and direct us in these latter days. This final destination leads us to the deep ocean that no finite mind could ever, ask, hope, or imagine.

Let us consider today, getting into the stream of HIS presence to reach our final destination.

Living in His presence, being raised up by the Great I AM, coming to us like rain...

Powerful when our words can begin to line up His Word. Only through full surrender to His purposes for our life, can we find true fulfillment and joy beyond all circumstances.

The more we get to know Adonai, the more we get lost in His presence. The more we surrender to the Holy Spirit and the sanctifying work of the cross in our life, the more revealed truth we begin to understand. Prepare for the Bridegroom will come and we will live in eternity with Him forever and ever.

Have you grown in your love for the Lord and the KINGDOM?

Amen. - Hebrews 13:15,16,20,21

The sacrifice of praise must come from our lips if we truly confess Jesus Christ. The great Shepherd is alive and well to equip you for doing all that He wills you to do. God works in us and desires us to be pleasing to Him. Notice, God is pleased by our praise, generosity, and genuine desire to do good. He requires clean hands and a pure heart to ascend the hill of the Lord. When you are generous and share with others it is true that it will leave your hands. However, that which leaves your hands and is sown into the Kingdom will never leave your life. Bring the sacrifice of Praise unto the House of the Lord.

Do you bring the Sacrifice of Praise from your lips daily?
Are you a generous individual?
Do you seek to please the Lord?

The Time is Now to stay in the Spirit and Truth.

And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken. And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh. - Luke 21:25-28

We live in a critical hour today, we need to be aware of the signs of the times. We must remove all those things that distract us from the need to cultivate our relationship with the Lord in Spirit and Truth. The Spirit is able to show you the signs of the times. We won't be surprised by His coming if we are found in Him. Take account of how you spend your time on the things of God or the things of man.

The temple is gone, but where are you as a living temple? Do you find yourself in the outer courts, inner courts, or Holy of Holy's. Unless the Lord builds the house the laborers, labor in vain. I want to be found in the Holy of Holy's completely seeking after HIM who died for Me. He alone is worthy of our praise and attention. Follow the voice of the Shepherd. Remember, my sheep hear my voice. Let the Lord build the House.

Are the nations distressed and perplexed?
Do Men's hearts today fail because of fear?
Do I focus on God's Word and Plan or Man's fear?
Am I laboring in vain?

These Signs will follow....

Later Jesus appeared to the Eleven as they were eating; he rebuked them for their lack of faith and their stubborn refusal to believe those who had seen him after he had risen.

He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well."

After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, he was taken up into heaven and he sat at the right hand of God. Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked with them and confirmed his word by the signs that accompanied it. - Mark 16:14-20

I find it thought provoking when we read this passage of Mark that Jesus rebuked the eleven for their lack of faith and stubborn refusal to believe. Now 2000 years beyond the grave I am curious at how Jesus would respond to us. Jesus in this portion of scripture is getting ready to ascend to the right hand of God. I would suggest to all of us that whatever Jesus spoke to His disciples would have been pretty important.

For us as believers who claim the risen Lord it speaks of the signs that will follow those who believe. Would Jesus rebuke us, as He did the eleven, for our stubborn refusal as believers to allow the Signs that are to follow us, as He said would. This isn't our vain imaginations here, this is What Jesus himself said. In your time of reflection today ask yourselves these questions:

What are the signs that follow me as a believer of Jesus Christ?

Is my life a living epistle read of men?

Am I open and willing to allow the signs to follow my belief in Jesus?

Do I allow fear to block me being the vessel God wants to flow through today?'

Seek Him with all your Heart

For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you," declares the LORD....... - Jeremiah 29:11-13

As our hearts are yielded to him, we understand that all the grains of sand that man can see, can not compare to the riches that God has planned for your life. God has done all that is required to restore our relationship to Him. We now have to take the steps of applying the Word He has given to us. Not in legalism or religion, but in relationship to Him. The distractions we face in our relationship have to be removed to stay focused on His purpose and plan for your life.

God promised that when we seek Him with all our heart we would find Him. He promised to listen to you as you call upon the Lord and pray to HIM. Don't live in exile your whole life, when God has such a wonderful plan waiting for you. Choose life today?

Does our love for Him, compel us to live for him?
Are we living epistles that can be read of all men?
Do we desire the things that He desires for our life?
Have you sought Him with all your heart?

Streams of Living water offered

On the last and greatest day of the Feast, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, "If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, streams of living water will flow from within him." By this he meant the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were later to receive. Up to that time the Spirit had not been given, since Jesus had not yet been glorified.- John 7:37-39

As the Lord tabernacled with the Jews and foreigners, in the Land of Israel, it became clear that Jesus had need to announce the coming of the Spirit and the glorification of the Son. We notice that Jesus did not speak these words in John chapter 7 with a soft voice. It was a LOUD voice. 2,000 years ago our Savior shared with a loud voice about the coming of the Holy Spirit.

We need to come and drink of Jesus. He is the only thing that can quench our thirst. Once we have tasted of the living water that Jesus offers, we can be filled to overflowing by the Spirit of the Most High God. The Word declares, that we will have streams of living water, flow from within us. I challenge each of us today to receive Jesus and let the streams of living water flow from you.

We need to daily evaluate our life and ask ourselves is the Spirit of the Living God flowing from within me and in control, or am I dry and in control and have barely enough water to make it through the day. Don't live in a drought or desert land of selfish desires, when Jesus stands with arms open to offer you this living water.

Have I tasted of the Living Water?
Am I filled to overflowing daily?
Is there a stream of living water flowing within you?

Who are the great cloud of Witnesses

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. - Hebrews 12:1-3

The great cloud of witnesses knew nothing about what we see in most of Christianity today. God is not concerned about whether you are baptist, nazarene, catholic, lutheran, nondenominational, or pentecostal. What God is concerned with, is that we have a relationship with Him based on the blood of Jesus, the resurrection from the grave, and the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, by a changed life.

We need to be open and willing to receive all that God has promised us. Until we are willing to die to self, control, manipulation, and every other manner of evil and begin to yield ourselves to the power of the Holy Spirit at work with in us, we can not experience the Life God has for us. It is time that we begin to look to Jesus the author and finisher of our faith. We can no longer afford to tie ourselves to a form of godliness that denies the power. We must take ownership of our faith and put our eyes on the JOY set before us. These simple truths in Hebrews 12 help us not to grow weary and lose heart.

How would the Great Cloud of witnesses view my life?
Am I open and willing to the things of God?
Am I concerned about What God thinks more than other people?
What form of Godliness do I subscribe to?
Am I a changed life because of what HE has done for me?

Are you addicted to the reasoning of your own mind and flesh?

The Bible clearly explains to us that we need to trust in the LORD with all our heart. What does it mean for you to trust something with all your heart? We can not afford to spend one more minute leaning on our own understanding. Remember, you are a new Creature in Christ and our minds must be renewed by the washing of the Word.

The time has come that we daily must acknowledge Him in all our ways, and then He said, "will make your paths straight". We can not expect God to bless us and grant us favor, when we won't get into God's mindset about the who, what, when, and where of our lives.

Make a choice today to stop your human reasoning. God has a plan and purpose everyday of your life. Don't let SELF get in the way of being blessed beyond that which you could ever ask, hope, or imagine. The WORD clearly states that God is in you and you are in Him. Allow the Holy Spirit into those areas of your life, that you are afraid to yield to HIM.

How much do I lean on my own understanding?
Am I willing to be out of control and the HOLY SPIRIT in control?
Am I afraid of what others will think if my conversations use GOD more than I?

The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God. For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the man's spirit within him? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. We have not received the spirit of the world but the Spirit who is from God, that we may understand what God has freely given us. This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom but in words taught by the Spirit, expressing spiritual truths in spiritual words.

The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned. The spiritual man makes judgments about all things, but he himself is not subject to any man's judgment: "For who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct him?" But we have the mind of Christ. - 1 Corinthians 2:10b-16

The best example of spiritual formation takes us back 2,000 years ago to Jesus. He was and is our example. His leadership modeled how to develop into the created image of the Trinity. Confessing and believing in the Son of God that has come in the flesh, must translate to a daily walk that seeks and desires Him in Spirit and in Truth. At the ascension into Heaven Jesus Christ ushered in the Holy Spirit to live and manifest the presence of GOD in us. Now the WORD has the power to take residence in and through us as we daily yield.

Currently, what we need is not another sermon, but life application of the WORD that has been given to us. For many, the sermon has become rhetoric, but not implemented into the daily life of the individual. The sermon has become just one more source of information in a person's life and not THEE source for Life and life more abundant.

Questions for Reflection:

Do you seek the Spirit of Truth from the Lord or another sermon?
Are we modeling what Christ modeled?
Has the WORD become life for you?
IS the WORD IN YOU?
Are we being taught by Human Wisdom or the Spirit of God?

May He grant you according to your heart's desire and fulfill all your plans. We will [shout in] triumph at your salvation and victory, and in the name of our God we will set up our banners. May the Lord fulfill all your petitions. Now I know that the Lord saves His anointed; He will answer him from His holy heaven with the saving strength of His right hand.

Some trust in and boast of chariots and some of horses, but we will trust in and boast of the name of the Lord our God. They are bowed down and fallen, but we are risen and stand upright. O Lord, give victory; let the King answer us when we call. - Psalm 20

This Friday August 14th, 2009 take time to reflect upon all that the Great I AM is in your life. Take inventory of your relationship with HIM. Determine to ask Him what He has need of you to do for HIS purposes and plans.

Who do we trust and boast in?

Who do we call upon in our hour of Trouble?

Is the God you call upon the God of Jacob?

Not by Might nor by power....!

So he said to me, "This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: 'Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,' says the LORD Almighty. - Zechariah 4:6

Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own? For you have been bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body. I Corinthians 6:19-20

Imagine how it would be if God removed the Holy Spirit from the Earth today? If you BELIEVE in HIM, tap into streams where the Spirit leads. God is serious throughout the Word in reference to the role and function of the Holy Spirit in our lives and the earth today.

Questions for Reflection:

Do you believe the Holy Spirit is in YOU?
Are you willing to submit to HIS direction?
Are you aware of His gentle nudgings throughout your busy day?
Do the distractions of our lives keep us from being used for Him?

Remember, you were bought with a PRICE. Salvation was free, but it requires your whole life daily devoted to HIM. Don't offend the gentle comforter, which is placed there by our Heavenly Father to lead, guide, and protect you in paths of Righteousness for His namesake.

Time to Grow Up!!!!

Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. - Romans 12:2

Like newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up in your salvation, now that you have tasted that the Lord is good. - 1 Peter 2:2-3

There are so many hearts crying out for the truth that will set them free. You are important to God and He wants to manifest His Presence through you, to those around you. Don't hesitate. Start small. Remember, God will test you in the little daily things before giving you larger tasks. It is time to move from the Milk of the WORD and towards becoming Spiritually Mature.

In our spiritual life, we are hesitant to get off the milk that tastes so good, and move to the meat of the Word. In many other areas of our life we are passionate, this could be our craft, trade, cars, boats, houses, etc. We need to conform our lives to the Living Word, so we can fulfill our greater purpose on Earth as it is in Heaven, which may include these items.

We need a desire for Passionate Spiritual Formation that draws us into deeper wells of living water. Help someone drink from the life giving water, that they will never thirst again. You, have been chosen by God to be a ladle for individuals to drink from wells of living water.

Questions for Reflection:

How healthy is my Spiritual Formation in Him?
Am I moving from the Milk to the Meat?
Am I Passionate for HIM?
Who am I conforming to?
How renewed is my MIND?
Am I a LADLE people want to drink from?
What kind of water do I offer?

I have NEED to go through Samaria!

When therefore the Lord knew how the Pharisees had heard that Jesus made and baptized more disciples than John, Though Jesus himself baptized not, but his disciples, He left Judaea, and departed again into Galilee. And he must needs go through Samaria. Then cometh he to a city of Samaria, which is called Sychar, near to the parcel of ground that Jacob gave to his son Joseph.

Now Jacob's well was there. Jesus therefore, being wearied with his journey, sat thus on the well: and it was about the sixth hour. There cometh a woman of Samaria to draw water: Jesus saith unto her, Give me to drink. For his disciples were gone away unto the city to buy meat. Then saith the woman of Samaria unto him, How is it that thou, being a Jew, askest drink of me, which am a woman of Samaria? for the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans.

Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water. The woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: from whence then hast thou that living water?

Art thou greater than our father Jacob, which gave us the well, and drank thereof himself, and his children, and his cattle? Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. The woman saith unto him, Sir, give me this water, that I thirst not, neither come hither to draw.

Jesus saith unto her, Go, call thy husband, and come hither. The woman answered and said, I have no husband. Jesus said unto her, Thou hast well said, I have no husband: For thou hast had five husbands; and he whom thou now hast is not thy husband: in that saidst thou truly. The woman saith unto him, Sir, I perceive that thou art a prophet. Our fathers worshipped in this mountain; and ye say, that in Jerusalem is the place where men ought to worship. Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father.

Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews. But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. The woman saith unto him, I know that Messias cometh, which is called Christ: when he is come, he will tell us all things. Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am he. - John 4:1-26

I love the account of Christ and the Samaritan woman. Such intimacy in conversation. It was One on One, just her and the LIVING GOD. Jesus begins this account by being about HIS Fathers business. Jesus tells us that He had a need to go through Samaria.

In this account we find we have officially entered a sovereign point of time in God's Kingdom, we are directed by the Messiah himself, to Worship HIM in Spirit and Truth. Jesus says, "God is a Spirit." Jesus makes it paramount that we MUST worship him in Spirit and in Truth.

Questions for personal reflection:

What is your Samaria that HE (the Father) has NEED of you to go through?

What is His definition of Worship?

Are you Willing and Obedient to WORSHIP Him in SPIRIT and Truth?

Are you drinking from the Living Water, where you will thirst no more or something that mimicks it very close, but has a bitter taste?

This passage of Scripture shares several direct orders by God himself. To seriously follow the Father, requires us to make sincere efforts in keeping the commands of the Lord. I would challenge each of us, myself included, to place the Body and Blood of Christ symbolically in front of us often and ask ourselves, "Am I really willing to transgress the Body and Blood of my LORD and Savior or do it HIS WAY? "...Thy Kingdom Come, Thy Will be done... On Earth as it is in Heaven.

As the Samaritan woman received her Lord and Savior are we willing to be about our Father's business in 2009, whatever HE asks of you today. We can only do this by Worshiping him in Spirit and Truth, through a willing and obedient heart.

The deepest cry of our hearts can only be healed by the presence of an intimate relationship with our Heavenly Father. He is the Author and Finisher of our faith. When was the last time you let HIM love you? Do you BELIEVE your life has purpose and meaning, with HIM in you? He gave it to you and wants to enjoy it with you.

Don't let the Ocean of frenzy and sensationalism in this World chart your life course. Let the Comforter God sent, be the rudder of your life, to direct you through the World for His purposes.

In our boat of devotion, we all struggle with the storms of our life, but when we listen to the Father's voice, we will be able to share in an amazing journey of discovery. In the Storms of Life, let his Rain fall upon you. As you soak in the REIGN of His presence, you will see the Former Reign and the Latter Reign coming together. Your final destination is yet to be seen.

To the Saints in Christ Jesus......!!!!!!

Paul and Timothy, the servants of Jesus Christ, to all the saints in Christ Jesus which are at Philippi, with the bishops and deacons. - Philippians 1:1

In this account we see Paul identify the body of Christ in the city of Philippi. The Philippians were a group of believers in Christ Jesus. Have you ever thought how Paul would address us today. UNITY of the Body was a strong theme Paul wrote about to the early believers.

I would be surprised if Paul wrote to a particular denomination exclusively. I believe he would have penned the letter to the particular city you lived in and said, "to all the saints in Christ Jesus which are at Brentwood, Franklin, Nashville, etc. The important thing was that they were followers of Christ JESUS and position, status, or office was not important. The Head being Christ Jesus in our lives was critical in Paul's opening greetings.

I would challenge us to see the Body of Christ in your city as bigger than where you may worship throughout the week. Our programs, buildings, creeds, traditions, services, gymnasiums, numbers, etc. would not likely be found in the first two verses of the introduction by Paul to our city..... Those in our city dying without Christ, need us to be reaching out to them with Christ Jesus at the center. The Word tells us they will know us by our LOVE...When was the last time you extended Love to the city around you? To the neighborhood around you? To the believers around you? To the family around you?

Today, make this personal. Ask yourself as a Follower of Christ Jesus in the city of.... how you are taking ownership of what the WORD, that became flesh, has modeled for us. He may ask you to do something outside of the box, outside of the current socially acceptable practice to reach the people for Him.

Again Jesus said, "Simon son of John, do you truly love me?" He answered, "Yes, Lord, you know that I love you." Jesus said, "Take care of my sheep." The third time he said to him, "Simon son of John, do you love me?"Peter was hurt because Jesus asked him the third time, "Do you love me?" He said, "Lord, you know all things; you know that I love you." Jesus said, "Feed my sheep. - John 21:15-17

Do you Love Me? Do you Love Me? Do you Love me?

Have we been asked by God three times like Peter if we love Him? Have we been asked, till it hurts us about our true motives and intents to serve Him? Have we been deceived by the spirit of Apathy, that we can be nothing for Him and His purposes? I challenge you today, say yes to the Lord three times. He is bigger than all the things around you, to do amazing things through you, for His purposes. With God all things are possible, but you have to BELIEVE that they are possible.

In Judaism, Rabbi's can refuse you three times, to see if you are serious about your commitment to learning about Judaism as a practiced lifestyle. In the days of evangelical tent revivals, the preacher would turn people away at the altar call and ask them to come back the next night to see if they were serious about being HUNGRY for God and serious about the truth of the Gospel.

Do you believe Jesus is the SON of the MOST HIGH GOD. Do you believe that HE dwells among us? Do you believe that HE is in YOU? Are you willing to say Yes to HIM? Answer the question, "Do You Love Me?", like Christ asked Peter. If your answer is yes, what does it mean for you personally to FEED HIS Sheep.

The Ten!!!

He answered: " 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind'; and, 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'" - Luke 10:27/ Deuteronomy 6:5/Leviticus 19:8

Have you ever stopped to look at the ten commandments and the two categories of the Law. Four of the ten commandments have to do with OUR relationship to God. The other six direct us on how we are to relate with OTHERS. Have we ever stopped long enough to see how important it was to God to make sure we reach out to those around us, as the hand of God has reached out to Us. God made it clear that we are to be giving to others as God has given to us so freely and without any obligation to do so.

Jesus stated it the best. Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and strength, and love your neighbor as yourself. The ten were simplified into two. It is important to realize that we can move from the letter of the Law, to His spirit within us to guide us into paths of righteousness for His namesake. His Spirit within us as joint heirs in the Grace of life, will always convict us of the law when we break it.

We don't have to be concerned about building fences around the laws in order not to break them. What we need to do, is yield to the Spirit daily, and realize we can't be perfect and we can't earn what God has to offer. We need to diligently apply that which He has already spoken to us, as we are on the daily journey of Sanctification. Thank God today for the Grace that He gives, to keep going for His purposes in His Kingdom.

¹⁹ Then Nebuchadnezzar was furious with Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, and his attitude toward them changed. He ordered the furnace heated seven times hotter than usual ²⁰ and commanded some of the strongest soldiers in his army to tie up Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego and throw them into the blazing furnace. ²¹ So these men, wearing their robes, trousers, turbans and other clothes, were bound and thrown into the blazing furnace. ²² The king's command was so urgent and the furnace so hot that the flames of the fire killed the soldiers who took up Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, ²³ and these three men, firmly tied, fell into the blazing furnace.

²⁶ Nebuchadnezzar then approached the opening of the blazing furnace and shouted, "Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, servants of the Most High God, come out! Come here!"
So Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego came out of the fire, ²⁷ and the satraps, prefects, governors and royal advisers crowded around them. They saw that the fire had not harmed their bodies, nor was a hair of their heads singed; their robes were not scorched, and there was no smell of fire on them.

²⁸ Then Nebuchadnezzar said, "Praise be to the God of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, who has sent his angel and rescued his servants! They trusted in him and defied the king's command and were willing to give up their lives rather than serve or worship any god except their own God. ²⁹ Therefore I decree that the people of any nation or language who say anything against the God of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego be cut into pieces and their houses be turned into piles of rubble, for no other god can save in this way."

³⁰ Then the king promoted Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego in the province of Babylon. - Daniel 3:16-30

Today, we must stand in the face of the world system. Don't bow to the idols of the world. Don't submit to the systems of Man. Stand in the face of adversity and say as Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego did.

Just as these three Hebrew men were thrown in the furnace there was a 4th among them. Jesus told us that He would NEVER leave us nor FORSAKE us. In fact, He sent us a comforter to lead and guide us in the days of Babylon that we live in.

Let the people of the world turn to HIM and worship HIM because He is the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. We have overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the Word of our Testimony. We are not part of any system in the Church or that the World has to offer. Don't be deceived by man. We are part of a Kingdom. We are a Royal Priesthood that walks with Resurrection power. Watch as GOD promotes you in His Kingdom purposes as you stand for Him. Don't let fear cripple you.

In this age of relativism and secularism we know that the source of these words penned by God himself speak of the Way, Truth, and Life. The legitimacy and credibility for these words spoken by God have been confirmed by thousands of witnesses since that first day Jesus spoke these words.

What more do we need to TRUST in GOD, as the generations before have done that HE is the TRUTH. Don't let the culture of the day dictate to you the reality of the TRUTH that has and can set your free. Today, choose the way of life instead of the way of death.

In today’s society where we are dealing with major issues of Truth, I found this to be very helpful.

Dr. Emerson Eggerichs brought this out in a conference for Marriage Couples.

Heaven itself is a free gift. Free gift.

Salvation is a free gift to enter Heaven.

You can't buy it, you can’t earn it.

There are Rewards that God wants to give you.

There is a difference between the two.

Salvation verses the rewards that the Lord wants to Reward you with.

You must come to a point and realize that God is there and He loves you.

We had to come to that point.

This culture is an interesting culture.

What is truth?

Is Mohammed the Prophet?

Hinduism with many Gods?

Is Buddha the enlightenment?

Judaism?

Is Jesus God?

Is there just an impersonal force?

Is it many Gods?

Is Allah only God?

What about Relativism and Secularism?

Relativism is the cultural doctrine that says,

There is no one right way about believing anything about anything.

Everything is relative.

I am always stunned at how unthinking we are as a culture, when we as a people say there is no one right way of believing anything, or everything is relative.

When you say that you are making an absolute statement.

Any Philosophy that in its major proposition and its major axiom contradicts the very thing it proposes is invalidated.

It’s an invalid irrational philosophy. Relativism is invalidated.

The point that needs to be made is that everybody will believe something, based upon something.

What will be your source? How credible is that source?

But for you to believe in this idea that everything is relative and there is no one right way to believe in anything is an invalid philosophy.

Those people who believe in Relativism, due it on religious grounds, but when it comes to political platforms they are so irate over anybody who differs with their political persuasion.

They are glaring Hypocrites, but no one calls them into question.

But you had better be a thinking person.

Some of you are doubting your very faith because of relativism, you learned in Academic Settings and causes you to begin to doubt the very thing that deep within your heart you believe, but no longer believe is true.

You need to reconsider the words of Christ. Because your words there don’t agree with the words of Christ.

We are God's sons and daughters, eternally adopted to share in His inheritance with Christ. Orphans live in fear; they fight and connive to survive because they are not secure. But as His children we are already totally acceptable to God and cannot improve our standing with Him through our works.

It is wrong, therefore, to look at life as a struggle to earn our Father's favor. Our acceptability is based solely on the work of Christ, not our own works, no matter how great we may think they are! We are free to walk with God because He will never leave us or forsake us.

From the wilderness and this Lebanon even unto the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and unto the great sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your coast. There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.

Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them. Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper withersoever thou goest.

We must cross over the Jordan as Joshua did. We must leave our wilderness mindsets. Have you become vessels where the Rhema (Gods inner voice in your heart) of God dwells? Have you invited the Rhema into your life as you cross the Jordan. God has given us each a land to go into and dwell in and radiate out from there to the uttermost parts of the earth.

We need to surrender completely to God. God promised in Joshua 1:3 that he was going to give every place that the sole of His foot should tread. Today, in the midst of an increase of evil, watch God take care of your enemies. No one could stand in the way of Gods plan and call for Joshua's life, how much more with God in us will we be able to stand. The key is the Rhema word in your life and obedience to both Rhema and Logos. Don't let the incarnate word depart from your mouth.

When the world does not understand what we are doing, don't quit. They will come into alignment with His word. Those around you today may not understand what the Father has asked you to do. However, your reasonable service is to be a LIVING sacrifice. Shine the LIGHT for all the world to see. Persevere today and be about your Fathers business. He is all YOU need. He is all YOU need. Glorify His holy name.

The Fellowship of His Suffferings!!!!

Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us.

You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous man, though for a good man someone might possibly dare to die. Bt God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God's wrath through him! For if, when we were God's enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life! Not only is this so, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received reconciliation. For it has been granted to you on behalf of Christ not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for him. - Romans 5:1-11/ Phillippians 1:29

The blessing of walking in the Fellowship of His sufferings is not something that is talked about in our walk as a believer. In fact you can be looked at as if you have sinned or fallen short of your destiny or call. However, Romans is clear that we must experience the hardships and trials to refine us and create the character He is looking for in us.

I want mentors and people who have experienced the sufferings of Christ so that I know they are true to His nature and WORD. I heard an Inspiring and encouraging message yesterday on the Fellowship of Christ's Sufferings In Phillippians 1:29. I was also encouraged that In Romans 5:3 - 4 there are many of us that may be going through unexplainable trials. I am glad to report personally that He hears us when we call and cry out.

"The blood of the Martyrs is the seed of the Church." I believe this,but I also believe that according Romans 12:1 that we need to be a Living Sacrifice unto the Lord. As we celebrated Pentecost Sunday yesterday we can reach the world for Christ by being a family and people that "lives for others with the Gospel of Christ."

They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues[a] as the Spirit enabled them. Now there were staying in Jerusalem God-fearing Jews from every nation under heaven. When they heard this sound, a crowd came together in bewilderment, because each one heard them speaking in his own language.

Utterly amazed, they asked: "Are not all these men who are speaking Galileans? Then how is it that each of us hears them in his own native language? Parthians, Medes and Elamites; residents of Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya near Cyrene; visitors from Rome (both Jews and converts to Judaism Cretans and Arabs—we hear them declaring the wonders of God in our own tongues!" Amazed and perplexed, they asked one another, "What does this mean?" Some, however, made fun of them and said, "They have had too much wine.[b]"

Peter Addresses the Crowd Then Peter stood up with the Eleven, raised his voice and addressed the crowd: "Fellow Jews and all of you who live in Jerusalem, let me explain this to you; listen carefully to what I say. These men are not drunk, as you suppose. It's only nine in the morning! No, this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel: " 'In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.

Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy. 19I will show wonders in the heaven above and signs on the earth below, blood and fire and billows of smoke. May 31st 2009 celebrates Pentecost weekend. Thank God for the Holy Spirit at work within us. It is great to know that we can rejoice and be gald, that we are not abandoned or orphaned. It is wonderful to know that we are filled with His presence and Joy. Lead us to LIFE and LIFE more abundant. Guide us into paths of Righteousness for your namesake.

On this Memorial day 2009 let us take a look not only at the sacrifice of those who have helped preserve our nation and the freedoms we experience, but also unto Jesus Christ the author and finisher of our Faith. Men and Women in our country have taken on the needs of others to protect our nation.

Take a hold of the WORD of LIFE and work out your salvation. In the nation of America, we need to stand and raise the WORD of LIFE held high for all to see that OUR GOD Reigns. The sacrifices of the men and women who have fought for our nation have been built on the principles of the WORD.

How much more should we honor the GOD of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob daily with our life as the Kingdom we are called to be a part of is without end. ETERNITY reigning with the KING of Kings and Lord of Lords.

God promises us that at the name of Jesus everyone will confess and bow down. Hold fast to the profession of your faith during the hour that we live in. Don't live your life in vain. Give honor and glory to whom it is due. Walk in a way that leads you to Life and Life more abundant.

He said therefore, A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return. And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come.But his citizens hated him, and sent a message after him, saying, We will not have this man to reign over us. And it came to pass, that when he was returned, having received the kingdom, then he commanded these servants to be called unto him, to whom he had given the money, that he might know how much every man had gained by trading. Then came the first, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained ten pounds. And he said unto him, Well, thou good servant: because thou hast been faithful in a very little, have thou authority over ten cities - Luke 19:12-17

Occupy till I come is overlooked so often in this parable that Jesus spoke to the people in Jericho. We need to realize that Jesus has ascended back to Heaven and the Holy Spirit is now at work within us here on this earth. The parable tells of the need to occupy till the nobleman came back. As we are found faithful to God and His Kingdom occupying and doing Kingdom business more authority is poured out on us to operate in enlarged territories for the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Each of us should evaluate our faithfulness with the things that God has given us authority over in our lives. The idea of being faithful in a very little is key. Our understanding of humility, pondering, & the boldness that Stephen had can direct us even further in the understanding of this parable.

God's Faithfulness

In our hour of deepest need God is at work when we can not see it. He uses this time to refine us as Gold. He takes us to the very edge of our seat to teach us dependence, full trust, and reliance on Him. As your heart breaks and you believe you can take no more, God parts the sea and you step onto dry land. He hears our cry. Our transparency with each other in our need, shows our humanity and His Divinity. He answers according to His will not ours. He knows your every need. He is the sustainer of all life and life everlasting. He promised us that His Kingdom would take place here on Earth as it is in Heaven. He is your JEHOVAH-JIREH....

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. - Genesis 1:1

God created the heavens and the Earth. If we only had this verse, in the Word of God, it would be enough for us to believe. Take a moment to think of any living or nonliving person that could have done this great work. It brings to mind the time tested Hymn, "How Great Thou Art" Truly, this verse alone testifies HE is Great and He is the One true God. (Father, Son, & Holy Spirit). Pray today that the Simplicity of the WORD will come to life in your day to day activities? Take time to reflect and rest in the presence of the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

Dear friends I have heard from so many of you lately that are crying out to the Lord. I want to encourage you today that according to the Psalms that He does hear your cries and will deliver you. God was able to deliver the whole house of Israel in Egypt with the WORD of the Lord being, "Let My People Go". As you cry out to the Lord today in this very hour. If you have been crushed by the Chariot wheels of life know that our Lord i able to deliver and heal your broken hearts.
