As 2008 comes to a close let us make a conscious decision to kill our flesh and move in the Spirit. God promised to put His Spirit in us. Daily yield to the Spirit and listen closely to the voice of the Lord. We are made of three parts spirit, soul, and body. The Word makes it clear that we are not to be in the Flesh, but in the Spirit. Let us hold fast to the Statues of the Lord which are upright and can be trusted. HE is our soon and coming KING. Welcome to the Kingdom for those who choose to yield the Spirit of Christ that is available to them. For it is appointed once for man to die and then comes the judgement.

The God of Jacob is our Refuge
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Some Trust in Chariots....
The LORD hear thee in the day of trouble; the name of the God of Jacob defend thee; Send thee help from the sanctuary, and strengthen thee out of Zion; Remember all thy offerings, and accept thy burnt sacrifice; Selah. The Servant of the Lord
The Servant of the LORD
Listen to me, you islands; hear this, you distant nations: Before I was born the LORD called me; from my birth he has made mention of my name. He made my mouth like a sharpened sword, in the shadow of his hand he hid me; he made me into a polished arrow and concealed me in his quiver. He said to me, "You are my servant, Israel, in whom I will display my splendor."
But I said, "I have labored to no purpose; I have spent my strength in vain and for nothing. Yet what is due me is in the LORD's hand, and my reward is with my God." And now the LORD says—he who formed me in the womb to be his servant to bring Jacob back to him and gather Israel to himself, for I am honored in the eyes of the LORD and my God has been my strength- he says: "It is too small a thing for you to be my servant to restore the tribes of Jacob and bring back those of Israel I have kept. I will also make you a light for the Gentiles, that you may bring my salvation to the ends of the earth." This is what the LORD says— the Redeemer and Holy One of Israel— to him who was despised and abhorred by the nation, to the servant of rulers: "Kings will see you and rise up,princes will see and bow down, because of the LORD, who is faithful, the Holy One of Israel, who has chosen you."
Restoration of Israel:
This is what the LORD says: "In the time of my favor I will answer you, and in the day of salvation I will help you; I will keep you and will make you to be a covenant for the people, to restore the land and to reassign its desolate inheritances, to say to the captives, 'Come out,' and to those in darkness, 'Be free!' "They will feed beside the roads and find pasture on every barren hill. They will neither hunger nor thirst, nor will the desert heat or the sun beat upon them. He who has compassion on them will guide them and lead them beside springs of water. I will turn all my mountains into roads, and my highways will be raised up. See, they will come from afar— some from the north, some from the west, some from the region of Aswan." Shout for joy, O heavens; rejoice, O earth; burst into song, O mountains! For the LORD comforts his people and will have compassion on his afflicted ones. But Zion said, "The LORD has forsaken me, the Lord has forgotten me." "Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? Though she may forget, I will not forget you!
See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are ever before me. Your sons hasten back, and those who laid you waste depart from you. Lift up your eyes and look around; all your sons gather and come to you. As surely as I live," declares the LORD, "you will wear them all as ornaments; you will put them on, like a bride. "Though you were ruined and made desolate and your land laid waste, now you will be too small for your people, and those who devoured you will be far away. The children born during your bereavement will yet say in your hearing, 'This place is too small for us; give us more space to live in.' Then you will say in your heart, 'Who bore me these? I was bereaved and barren; I was exiled and rejected. Who brought these up? I was left all alone, but these—where have they come from?' " This is what the Sovereign LORD says: "See, I will beckon to the Gentiles, I will lift up my banner to the peoples; they will bring your sons in their arms and carry your daughters on their shoulders. - Isaiah 49:1-22
In the time of Favor of the Lord according to Isaiah Chapter 61, let us look around at all that God has intrusted us with to proclaim the name of Jesus. The nation of Israel has come back into the Land. At this time of year may we not forget our repsonsbility to Bless God's people and the way He planned to bring Salvation to the World through Abraham, Isaac, Jacob all the way to Jesus Christ our risen Lord. Now, His Holy Spirit Lives in us like Jesus to be the hands and feet of the Holy Spirit's work in the earth today to see the captives set free. Are you ready to be used? Will you be that Arrow that is polished, hid away, and then used at His perfect timing? Today, as the United Kingdom will no longer teach the children about the Holocaust, because it is too offensive to the Muslims. Will we forget the importance that we need to proclaim the Year of the Lords favor. As you read Isaiah chapter 49 let it penetrate you to the depths of your heart. May this help to remind you why Rose and I are so commited to God's plans and purposes for Israel in this hour.
As Isaiah said, "COME OUT! AND BE FREE" Let each of us be vessels for God to use to allow people to be SET FREE. This was the plan of the Lord Jesus to have his Spirit in US and be agents of His REDEMPTIVE LOVE and SALVATION.

The Path of Life
You have made known to me the path of Life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand. I will lie down and sleep in peace, for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety. The law of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul. The statutes of the Lord are trustworthy, making wise the simple. The precepts of the Lord are right, giving joy to the heart. The commands of the Lord are radiant, giving light to the eyes. The fear of the Lord pure, enduring forever. the ordinances of the Lord are sure and altogether righteous. They are more precious than gold; they are sweeter than honey, than honey from the comb. - Psalm 16:11, 4:8, 19:7-10 NIV

Knowing the path of life is worth more than any tradition of Man or Holiday. When we know the path to Life all other ground is sinking sand. As the song says our HOPE is built on nothing less than Jesus blood and righteousness. We dare not trust anything, anyone, or anyplace to be distracted and misled to that life that He has called us too. Today take hope in the fact that the law of the Lord is perfect. The commands of the Lord give light to our eyes. Why not choose the commands of the Lord that give light to our eyes to see the Path of life that has been marked out for us. Today let the cares and demands of the world be put under the FEET of Jesus and raise to newness of life. Don't allow the world we live in to dictate to you your course. Stay the course that HE has laid out for you. Trust the Holy Spirit as He guides and directs you into paths of Righteousness for HIS namesake.

God is LIGHT......
What was from the beginning, what we have heard, what we have seen with our eyes, what we have observed, and have touched with our hands, concerning the Word of Life - that life was revealed, and we have seen it and we testify and declare to you the eternal life that was with the Father and was revealed to us - what we have seen and heard we also declare to you, so that you may have fellowship along with us; and indeed our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ. We are writing these things so that our Joy may be complete. Now this is the message we have heard from Him and declare to you: God is light, and there is absolutely no darkness in HIM. - 1John 1:1-5
Today we can rejoice that the Word of Life was revealed to us over 2000 years ago. How much Joy should we reveal to this lost and dying world in the midst of our struggle in the Flesh. How much Word of Life is being revealed in you today? The generations that have gone before you that knew the Lord Jesus are counting on you to be the revealed life of Christ today to a lost and dying world.
As I meditated on the Life of Jesus this morning, hot tears ran down my face for all those who have yet to taste of the heavenly gift that was given so freely, with such a great price. He did nothing to deserve the death He died, there was no darkness in HIM. Today, give back out of Honor and Worship to the King of Kings by sharing his precious gift with someone. Share the Light that is in you that has been revealed to the world. Raise to the bar as the apsotles did and allow the Lord to use you to be a vessel to set the Captives Free indeed.

Are you Hemmed in.....
I will extol thee, my God, O king; and I will bless thy name for ever and ever. Every day will I bless thee; and I will praise thy name for ever and ever. As we wait on the Lord let us prepare our hearts to receive the meat that He has for us to digest in our spirit. The Lord has exactly what we need for today. Let us bless, praise, and lift up the name above every name today in our hearts. Let us not be caught in the enemies snare today, as circumstances may try to trap us. Know the goodness of the Lord and His everlasting Kingdom. Remember, you are fearfully and wonderfully made and create in His image. Your frame was made in the secret place. You were woven together in the depths of the earth.
The Lord saw your unformed body and ordained all of your days. Wow! Think about that in reference to Psalm 145 the Lord saw your unformed body and ordained all your days. Give him the Glory right now wherever you are. Stop for a moment and thank Him for how He has hemmed you in behind and before. God has laid his hand upon YOU.

Does He Know You.....
Then Jesus went through the towns and villages, teaching as he made his way to Jerusalem. Someone asked him, Lord, are only a few people going to be saved?" He said to them, "Make every effort to enter through the narrow door, because many, I tell you, will try to enter and will not be able to. Once the owner of the house gets up and closes the door, you will stand outside knocking and pleading, 'Sir, open the door for us.' "But he will answer, 'I don't know you or where you come from.' In the days we live in we need to be very sure in our spirits that HE knows us. We don't want to found on that day not being known by the Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus made it clear that people will have been involved with the body of Christ, but are not part of it. Today make a choice to allow Jesus Christ into your life so He can know you and empower you through the Holy Spirit. For those of us who have made the choice and are empowered, we must day by day be renewed and refreshed by allowing the Lord to know us intimately in relationship with Him.

You have assigned me my portion and cup...
Keep me safe, O God, for in you I take refuge. I said to the Lord, "You are my Lord; apart from you I have no good thing."As for the saints who are in the Land, they are the glorious ones in whom is all my delight. Lord, you have assigned me my portion and my cup; You have made my lot secure. The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; surely I have a delightful inheritance. I will praise the Lord, who counsels me; Even at night my heart instructs me. Because he is at my right hand, I will not be shaken. Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices; my body also will rest secure, because you will not abandon me to the grave. Nor will you let your Holy One see decay. To man belong the plans of the heart, but from the Lord comes the reply of the tongue. Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed. The Lord works out everything for his own ends, even the wicked for a day of disaster. When a man's ways are pleasing to the Lord, he makes even his enemies live at peace with him. As you start your week allow the Lord to determine your steps. Notice God said steps. Sometimes we want to go miles without taking steps in the process. Know that the Lord has assigned you a portion and cup for His purposes. He has you hemmed in and will fill you with the Joy of His presence. Allow your whole being to rest in His presence today.

" Although this is a stiff-necked people, forgive our wickedness and our sin, and take us as your inheritance." Then the Lord said: "I am making a covenant with you. Before all your people I will do wonders never before done in any nation in all the world. The people you live among will see how awesome is the work that I, the Lord, will do for you. Obey what I command you today. I will drive out before you the Amorites, Canaanites, Hittites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites. Be careful not to make a treaty with those who live in the land where you are going, or they will be a snare among you. Break down their altars, smash their sacred stones, and cut down their Asherah poles. Do not worship any other god, for the Lord, whose name is Jealous, is a Jealous God. - Exodus 34:8 - 14

The Spirit of wisdom and revelation
For this reason, ever since I heard about your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the saints, I have not stopped giving thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers, I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saint's and his incomparably great power for us who believe. And God placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church. which is his body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way. - Ephesians 1:15-19a,22-23

Whatever we are dealing with today needs to be under the feet of Jesus. I love that verse. Jesus is over it all. Allow God today to Give you Wisdom, Revelation, and lay down those things that hinder you under the feet of Jesus. He is our all in all. Let Him consume you today and let your cup runneth over. Let it fill the saucer for those who are thirsty to drink from.

Re: Psalm 27 Take Heart and Wait for the Lord.
The LORD is my light and my salvation — whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life—of whom shall I be afraid? When evil men advance against me to devour my flesh, when my enemies and my foes attack me, they will stumble and fall. Though an army besiege me, my heart will not fear; though war break out against me, even then will I be confident.
One thing I ask of the LORD,this is what I seek:that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life,to gaze upon the beauty of the LORD and to seek him in his temple. For in the day of trouble he will keep me safe in his dwelling; he will hide me in the shelter of his tabernacle and set me high upon a rock.

How Great the Fathers Love!!!
How great is the love the father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him. Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when he appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is. - 1 John 3:1-2
To be showered with the Father's love is such a wonderful thing. To know the Father's blessing on you is priceless. I have experienced the Father's blessing through the instrument of God's choosing and it is beyond words. One day we are going to be like Him and we will see Him as he is. Just think in a twinkling of an eye we will be like Him. Today, relinquish all to the King of Kings and Lord of Lords and run into your Heavenly Father's arms. He is waitng. What can the world afford you that would cause you to miss the significance of the Father's blessings?

Higher Ways
Seek the Lord while he may be found call on him while he is near. Let the wicked forsake his way and the evil man his thoughts. Let him turn to the Lord, and he will have mercy on him, and to our God, for he will freely pardon. For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord. As the heavens are higher than the earth so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts. As the rain and the snow come down from heaven and do not return to it. Without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, so is my word that goes out from my mouth: it will not return to me void, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it. You will go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and hills will burst into song before you, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands. - Isaiah 55:6-12
Surely as we make our plans before the Lord we must be willing to lay them all down to the Higher Ways of the Lord. This past week God has made manifest His good gifts that are divinely orchestrated by HIS hand to all of us. Look around and see how good and pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity. God's goodness and indescribable gifts come as we send forth the Word of God out around us and charge the atmosphere. Even the Angels are commanded to go on our behalf to minister the plans and purposes of God in our lives. Bless God for His Greatness and mercy in our lives. I am the Lord; that is my name! I will not give my glory to another or my praise to idols. Sing to the Lord a new song, His praise from the ends of the earth. You who go down to the sea, and all that is in it, you islands, and all who live in them. For a long time I have kept silent, I have been quiet and held myself back. But now, like a woman in childbirth, I cry out, I gasp and pant. But now, this is what the Lord says - he who created you , O Jacob, he who formed you, O Israel: Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze. For I am the Lord, your God the Holy One of Israel, your Savior; - Isaiah 42:8,10,14/43:1,2,3a
The book of Isaiah is power packed with how "Great and Intimate" a God that we have. Isaiah offers us so many rich nutrients to encourage us in our vertical and horizontal relationship with the Father. As we grow deeper in love with our Heavenly Father we will desire to cry out and not keep silent about the God we serve and the changed lives that we are experiencing by His presence and power at work in us. How humbling it is to know that we are summoned by name and called His own. To know that He is with us should create an atmosphere of hope and comfort. Let us be challenged today to be bold in sharing our testimony and the blood of the Lamb. How will they know unless we proclaim the greatness of God in our lives and his Holy Spirit at work in us.

At Once they left their nets
As Jesus was walking beside the Sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers, Simon called Peter and his brother Andrew. They were casting a net into the lake, for the were fishermen, "Come, follow me," Jesus said, "and I will make you fishers of men," At once they left their nets and followed him. - Matthew 18-20
Just a imagine for a minute you were Simon or Andrew. A man called Jesus walks over to you and says, "Come follow me". What would your response today be, if Jesus came up to you and asked you the same thing. We see that Simon and Andrew immediately left their nets and followed him. Wow, their response time was without hesitation. What did Jesus see in these fishermen from Galilee. I believe he saw hearts that were waiting in anticipation of their destiny to be fulfilled. Today, ask yourself , how long will it take for me to respond in obedience to your call and voice in my life today? How long will it take before I yield to the Holy Spirit nudges to bring life to a dying and hurting world? Trust the Holy Spirit as you yield, He will teach you and guide you into paths of righteousness for His namesake and make you a fisher of men.

Burn Holy Spirit in Me.
The Lord thundered from heaven; the voice of the Most High resounded. He shot his arrows and scattered the enemies great bolts of lightning and routed them. he reached down from on high and took hold of me; he drew me out of deep waters. He rescued me from my powerful enemy, from my foes, who were too strong for me. He brought me out into a spacious place; he rescued me because he delighted in me. For I have kept the ways of the Lord' I have not done evil by turning from my God. All his laws are before me; I have not turned away from his decrees. You, O Lord, keep my lamp burning; my God turns my darkness into light. With your help I can advance against a troop; with my God I can scale a wall As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the Lord is flawless.It is God who arms me with strength and makes my way perfect. You give me your shield of victory, and your right hand sustains me; The Lord Lives! Praise be to my Rock! Exalted be God my Savior! He is the God who avenges me, who subdues nations under me. Nations will come to your Light.
Arise, Shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the Lord rises upon you and his glory appears over you. Nations will come to your light and kings to the brightness of your dawn. Lift up your eyes and look about you: All assemble and come to you; - Isaiah 60:1-4a
The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to preach good news to the poor, He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners, to proclaim the year of the Lords' favor. -Isaiah 61:1-2a
Among the shaking happening worldwide we can stand firm in the Kingdom of our God. In His Kingdom it is always increasing, expanding and dispelling the darkness. During these days when gross darkness is covering the earth we need to Stand Firm in the power of the risen Lord Jesus Christ. It is only by the power of the Holy Spirit at work in us that we will be able to weather the storms on the Horizon. We must purpose in our hearts to raise the standard for the world to see. We must preach the Good news and proclaim the year of the Lord's favor, before He returns to execute vengeance as our God. We are His people, the sheep of His pasture. For as it was in the days of Noah so shall it be in the end. Let God use you in these days of Harvest for His Kingdom purposes. Fully surrender all of yourself to the plans and purposes of God in your life today. Proclaim throughout all the earth that OUR GOD Reigns.

Hold Fast to HIS Right Hand.
O Lord, you have searched me and you know me. You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar. You discern my going out and my lying down; you are familiar with all my ways, Before a word is on my tongue you know it completely, O Lord. You hem me in - behind and before; you have laid your hand upon me. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too lofty for me to attain. Where can i go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? If I go up to the heavens, you are there; If I make my bed in the depths, you are there. If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast. - Psalm 139:1-10
As our nations grapples with the issues of the day, we as children of the Most High God are not to be alarmed, For God knows when we sit and rise. God tells us that HE Hems us in behind and before. What greater security could you ask for than to be Hemmed in by the Lord God Almighty. In the midst of the systems of man shaking, Hold fast to the Right Hand of God. Virtue went out of HIM!
And Jesus, immediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone out of him, turned him about in the press, and said, Who touched my clothes? And his disciples said unto him, Thou seest the multitude thronging thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me? And he looked round about to see her that had done this thing. Mark 5:30-32 KJV
As we press into the Lord and cry out to HIM, God will pour out His virtue into us. The woman knew if she could just touch Jesus she would be made whole. Today, I pray that we all will press into the Lord Jesus and tap into the virtue that will leave Him. As the virtue is transferred into your life be ready for Jesus to turn around and say Who Touched ME. May your answer be as Isaiah's when the Lord called "Here am. I Send me!" I have experienced this first hand over the past few weeks in my own personal life. God has used key men of Sunrise Chapel and a man of God in Illinois as we corporately have cried out to the Lord in belief and expectation of Him to show up.

Be an Overcomer!
Rejoice in the Lord always, I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable - if anything is excellent or praiseworthy - think about such things. Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me - put into practice. And the God of peace will be with you. - Philippians 4:4-6,8

Rooted and built up!
So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness. See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human traditions and the basic principles of this world rather than on Christ. Since, then you have been raised with Christ set your hearts on things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. - Colossians 2:6-8, 3: 1-2
In today's society there is plenty of hollow and deceptive philosophy based on human traditions and principles being preached to us everyday. How can we stand strong in the midst of the battle we are in. Colossians encourages us to be rooted and built up in Christ first. Second, we are two be thankful (no complaining). Third we are to set on hearts towards the things above. We want to have our hearts beating in time with God's heart for the world. Finally, we are to set our minds on things above, not earthly things. This is the hardest step. 80-90 percent of the battles we face are in the mind. We must take captive the thoughts that exalt themselves above the knowledge of who and what God thinks about you.

That the King of Glory may come in!
Show me your ways , O Lord, teach me yours paths; guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long. Who may Ascend the hill of the Lord? Who may stand in his holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not lift up his soul to an idol. Lift up your heads, O ye gates; be lifted up,. You ancient doors, that the King of Glory may come in. Who is this King of Glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle. – Psalm 25:4-5; 24:3,4b,7,8

Do not Lose Heart?
Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. - 2 Corinthians 4:16-18
Somedays our troubles do not seem light or momentary, however, God sees our trials and considers the larger picture about our eternity and life here on earth. To rest in the assurance that we are receiving eternal glory, puts things into perspective. As we walk through our day, Look to the unseen which is all around us. God has many surprises to give us as we look to the eternal. "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him." - 1 Corinthians 2:9

Here I am Send Me!
And they were calling to one another "Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory." At the sound of their voices the doorposts and thresholds shook and the temple was filled with smoke. "Woe to me!" I cried. "I am ruined! For I am a man of unclean lips, and I live among a people of unclean lips, and my eyes have seen the King, the Lord Almighty." Then one of the seraphs flew to me with a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with tongs from the altar. With it he touched my mouth and said, "See, this has touched your lips; your guilt is taken away and your sin atoned for." The I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?" And I said, "Here I am . Send me! He said, "Go and tell this people: - Isaiah 6:3-8

Jesus commissioned us all to go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Like Isaiah, who had an encounter with God, we need to be ready to respond to God with an answer for how we live our days. As we experience God in the deep places I pray, like Isaiah, we would be willing to say, "Woe to me for I am ruined." Ready to be restored by the coal touching our mouth and lips commissioned for His service. Take your stand today for the King of Kings. Raise up your banner for the Nations. For Our God Reigns. King of Kings and Lord of Lords. His banner over us is Love.

The Lord is my Right Hand

Our Portion
Lord, you have assigned me my portion and my cup; you have made my lot secure. The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; surely I have a delightful inheritance. Thank God for the portion He has given to you today. It is a blessing to have the Lord showing us the path of life that fills us with Joy and rest in the eternal pleasures He has for us. Deep Calls to Deep
Deep calls to deep in the roar of your waterfalls; all your waves and breakers have swept over me. By day the Lord directs his love, at night his song is with me a prayer to the God of my life. - Psalm 42:7-8
Think of how deep the ocean is for a minute. Now think of God's Greatness. Allow the Holy Spirit to wash over you today with waves and breakers that will sweep over you. How amazing to be directed by His love in the day and to sing His song as a prayer of consecration over your life daily. Reach for the depths of God and His love today. You won't be let down or disappointed. Remove the distractions that so easily come into our lives and reach out to your creator who loves you and wants to lavish you with His love. The Word says fear not, for I am with you, be not afraid for I am thy God.

The Bread of Life
Then Jesus declared, " I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty. For my Father's will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. - John 6:35,40
Jesus in this passage of scripture makes an amazing statement, "I am the bread of Life". Every time I hear those words they pierce my spirit. To know that we will never have lack in our spirit man, if we will turn to him who satisfies our needs. Then Jesus goes on to tell us that as we come believing him we will also be raised up by Him. What a HOPE to know that we will not die, but will live eternally and be raised up by the SON. Rejoice today that the Bread of Life has come in the flesh to make a way where there was no way.

The Word Stands forever!

If one falls down?
Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their work. If one falls down, his friend can help him up. But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up! We are not islands and were not created to be islands. We are relational creations. We were created in His image and the Trinity is constantly in relationship with one another according to John chapter 14. We need each other. Today reach out to someone and let them help you. Maybe you need to pray with someone, or bear one another's burden. I can promise you that the Lord will meet you in the midst of your reaching out one to another.

Fix our Eyes
Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. - Hebrews 12:1-3
At this time in history more than ever before we need to make a conscious decision everyday to fix our eyes on Jesus. Persevere daily in your pursuit of Him. Retain your Joy in adversity and let the adversary and your fleshly desires know who is in charge. Casting off that which hinders our mind, will, and emotions from being all that God desires us to be we will be victorious everyday. Enjoy today for this is the day that the Lord has made.

Familiar, but Powerful!
The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he restores my soul. He guides me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever. - Psalm 23:1-6
Sometimes we run by these words so fast they don't have time to absorb into our spirit. In this Psalm God is our shepherd, provider, rest, restorer, comfort, peacemaker, anointing, and father of discipline. We see that goodness and love will follow us all the days of our life on earth and we will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. How can you lose with a God that promises to be all those things for you. Embrace God and the fullness He has for your life. Take time today to enjoy the definition of who God is to you through Psalm 23.

Applying the Word to your Life?
Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says. Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like a man who looks at his face in a mirror and , after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like. But the man who looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues to do this, not forgetting what he has heard, but doing it - will be blessed in what he does. - James 1:22-25
Are we listening to the Word? Are we reading the Word? Are we applying the Word to our daily lives? James clearly challenges us to do more than merely listen to the Word. Like any other discipline we have implemented in our daily lives, how much more should we consider applying the Word to our daily lives. We are guaranteed a blessing in what we do by applying the Word of God.

The Voice of the Lord?
The voice of the Lord is over the waters; The voice of the Lord is powerful; The voice of the Lord is majestic; The Voice of the Lord breaks the cedars; The voice of the Lord strikes with flashes of lightening; The voice of the Lord shakes the desert; The Lord gives strength to his people; the Lord blesses his people with peace. - Psalm 29: 3,4,5,7,11
It is true that the Lord has a voice. These verses bring to light the power there is in the voice of the Lord. I am glad to have a God who has a voice that has power and authority in the earth today. I can take comfort in knowing that this is a God that gives me strength and Shalom (peace). This holiday weekend embrace the power, peace, and strength that there is in the voice of the Lord.

To Dwell in the House of the Lord.
The Lord is my light and my salvation 0f whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life - of whom shall I be afraid? One thing I ask of the Lord, this is what I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his temple. - Psalm 27:1,2,4
Have you thought about what it means to dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of your life? I believe this is even possible to do as we live down here on the earth. Think about seeking the Lord and gazing upon His goodness. Once you have tasted and seen the Lord what is there to be afraid of. Today, in the quietness of the hour seek the Lord and watch as He becomes the stronghold of your life. Soak in the presence of the one who called you by name before the foundations of the world were ever laid.

What a privilege we have to serve a God we can hope in. We can serve a God that can still teach us. A God that can guide us into all truth. I pray today that I can keep my eyes continually on the Lord so that I am able to walk in a way that is a pleasing to Him.

Does my Soul Glorify the Lord.
My soul glorifies the Lord and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior for he has been mindful of the humble state of his servant from now on all generations will call me blessed, for the Mighty One has done great things for me - holy is his name. His mercy extends to those who fear him, from generation to generation. He has performed mighty deeds with his arm; - Luke 1:47-51a.
The wonder and awe that Mary felt we can never fully experience, but how these verses translate to us is applicable even today. What mighty things has the Lord done for you. Do we still fear the Lord or are we living in a state of fear that is unhealthy that keeps us from the Lord. Today, think on the majesty and the awe of who God is in your life personally and ask Him to show you the mighty deeds he has done in your life. Does your soul like Mary glorify the Lord?

The wonder and awe that Mary felt we can never fully experience, but how these verses translate to us is applicable even today. What mighty things has the Lord done for you. Do we still fear the Lord or are we living in a state of fear that is unhealthy that keeps us from the Lord. Today, think on the majesty and the awe of who God is in your life personally and ask Him to show you the mighty deeds he has done in your life. Does your soul like Mary glorify the Lord?

The Temple of God or Idols?
What agreement is there between the temple of God and Idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said: "I will live with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be my people." Therefore come out from them and be separate", says the Lord. - 2 Corinthians 6:16-17
This is a very meaty section of the scriptures. When we begin to evaluate our lives in light of how God sees us you have to ask yourself; what does it mean to come out and be separate for the Lord. Just like a husband and wife on their wedding day present themselves being a separate couple. God knows how He has created you to be a light to the world and what it means to be in the world and not of it.

Where the Spirit of the Lord is?
"But whenever anyone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord's glory are being transformed into his likeness with ever increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit." - 2 Corinthians 3:16-18

Raise a banner for the Nations
"For Zion's sake I will not keep silent, and for Jerusalem's sake I will not keep quiet. On your walls, O Jerusalem, I have appointed watchmen; All day and all night they will never keep silent. Go through, go through the gates: Clear the way for the people; Build up, build up the highway; Remove the stones, lift up a standard over the people. Behold, the Lord has proclaimed to the end of the earth, Say to the daughter of Zion, 'Lo, your salvation comes;'" - Isaiah 62:1,6,10,11
Today raise the banner high for the nations to see that the God of Israel has a blood covenant with you. As watchmen on the walls take a stand for the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. At the name of Jesus!
Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. - Ephesians 2:9 - 11
Chapter two of Ephesians is a comforting chapter in a world that seems out of control. In a day where wars and rumors of wars and all other manner of evil is present, we can be assured that Ephesians 2:9 -11 is true. We can sustain the victory that we need today by calling on Jesus Name with fear and trembling and confidence, that He will answer us when we call on him.
At the name of Jesus Christ we have access to heaven and life, life more abundant here on earth. Today, press into the authority that we have in the name of JESUS. Whether you have just come to know Jesus or have known him for 40 years claim His place in your life at new depths in your inner man.

Where does your help come from?
I lift up my eyes to the hills - where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the maker of Heaven and Earth. He will not let your foot slip - he who watches over you will not slumber; indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord watches over you - the Lord is your shade at your right hand; the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. - Psalm 121:1 - 6
How refreshing to know that God is looking out for our total well being. It is important to see the response we are to have when the storms of life are raging around us. In the first few words of this Psalm it says, I lift up my eyes..... How many of us realize that when the pressure and trials are around us, our physical posture begins to go and we begin to feel the weight of things. Today and in the days to come remember Lift up your eyes... He is the Lifter of our heads.

Immeasurably more than we could Ask?
"I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being. So that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge
that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen." - Ephesians 3:16 - 21
There is so much in these few verses. Here are a few questions for us to consider:
Are we rooted and established in Love today?
Are we reaching to be filled with the measure of all fullness in God?
Do we believe in the Immeasurable work that He can do in and through us if we ask him?
What is holding us back today from becoming all that He has for us. I pray these words today would encourage your hearts as you .... Seek First the Kingdom of God.

Do you need Wisdom?
"Consider it put joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him. Bet when he asks, he must believe and not doubt." - James 1:1-6a
Many of us in today's society need wisdom. Wisdom goes beyond the fads of the culture we live in. Wisdom is more than just a passing thought or notion.
Solomon himself chose wisdom and we know the results of how God blessed him.
When we come before the Throne of God asking, it is imperative that we believe. This passage of scriptures shows us that God knew before we asked that we would struggle with the believing part.
So today, ask and believe that God can grant you the wisdom to navigate any situation you may be facing. All of us need wisdom. Put doubt out of your mind that is being renewed daily by the washing of the Word. God promises that He is a generous giver.

As the Waters cover the Sea
"For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea." - Habakkuk 2:14
"The sovereign Lord is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he enables me to go on the heights." - Habakkuk 3:19
In our reading today, we discovered the joy of these two verses. How amazing to be participants on the earth as it is being filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord.
When you think about all the seas and the depths of them, this is the comparison we are to think about in relationship to the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord in the earth today. How powerful this imagery is when we really lay hold to this truth in our spirits.
Habakkuk 3:19 really points out that the LORD is our strength. The Lord enables us to move into the high places as directed by Him. We can be sure that He will gives us all the strength that we need for the tasks that lie ahead.
Do you need strength today? I pray these two verses will encourage your spirit and move you to a deeper place in your walk with the Lord today.

Has your heart been enlightened lately?
"I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints. and his incomparably great power for us who believe." - Ephesians 1:17- 19
To have the spirit of wisdom and revelation unlocks the door to knowing HIM better.
Hold fast to the hope that He has called you to by having the eyes of your heart enlightened.

Re: Are you a Living Sacrifice
"Therefore I urge you , brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices holy and pleasing to God - this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is - his good, pleasing, and perfect will." - Romans 12:1-2
The idea of being a sacrifice does not sound appealing. I find it interesting that we are to be living sacrifices. We are bought with a price to benefit the expansion of the Kingdom of God. Just think. Our living sacrifice unto the Lord is an act of Worship.
This may change some of our thoughts on the definition of worship. Everyday we choose to worship God through our lives.
In verse two we find that when we renew our minds and no longer allow our homes and lives to be dictated to, by the pattern of the world, we are able to test and approve what God's will is for our life. God promises in this verse that it is good, pleasing, and perfect.
How many times do you and I ask for God's will. In these two verses we have the ingredients to a beautiful life in the Lord.

But they will never follow a stranger; in fact they will run away from him because the do not recognize a stranger's voice." - John 10:2-5
According to John 10:3-5, 14-16,27 and 14:15 there is a voice that speaks to us and guides us where we need to be and how we need to obey. Knowing the voice of God is essential for all believers who claim to know the resurrected Lord.
Today challenge yourself to get to know the real "Great I am. We want to tune our ears to the voice of the shepherd so that we would never follow a stranger" We don't want to be deceived by counterfeit that brings destruction in the end.
"The thief comes only to steal and kill, and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full." - John 10:10

In his heart a man plans his course, but the LORD determines his steps. - Proverbs 16:9
The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way. - Psalm 37:23
Once we step across that threshold into new life in Christ we find that our life is no longer our own. As we make our plans God is the one who orders our steps. It is a blessing to know that we can trust in God for He has our best interest at hand. What seems right and logical to our finite minds can hardly be trusted when operating as co-heir with Christ in the Kingdom of God.
That is why being led by the Spirit is so critical as John 14 shares with us that He lives in us and will teach us all things and remind us of what Christ did while here on the earth.
Take a moment today to just soak in the presence of the Lord and all the ways He has directed you in safety, provision, and many others that He will illuminate in your spirit man.

Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. 17For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. 18So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.
How encouraging to know that our inner Spirit is being renewed day by day. Thank God today for empowering you to fix your eyes on what is unseen rather than what is seen. Praise God for the eternal. In Him we live and move and have our being.

Galatians 6:9-10
9Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. 10Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.
I thank God for these simple truths that help us see what is important in life. In an environment today that is hostile to these teachings we can hold fast to these truths. The harvest truly is plentiful and we will reap the many harvests in our lives from our generation and the generations that have gone before us. Don't Give up! Press in to the Lord today. Today, do something good for someone else.

The Word of the Lord is like Fire and a Hammer
Jeremiah 23:29 (King James Version)
29Is not my word like as a fire? saith the LORD; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces?
It is comforting to know that the Word of the Lord is powerful active and living. To see that the descriptive adjectives in this verse are fire and a hammer show the power that the Word of God has to pull down strongholds in our lives as well as move mountains that are in our path.
Let's not forget the power of the Word. truly the Word is not just another book to read. The Word is living and active sharper than any double edged sword.

There is freedom!
2 Corinthians 3:17.
We all know that tomorrow is July 4th and we celebrate the freedom we have in our country.
Let me encourage you to also celebrate the freedom we have in Jesus Christ. The veil has been torn from our eyes and we reflect the Lord’s glory and are being transformed into His likeness with ever-increasing glory (2 Corinthians 3: 18).
As most of you enjoy a day off (I know some still have to work), rejoice in the fact that you are a new creation – old things have passed away, behold, all has become new!
Watch the fireworks and let the beauty and bang lift your spirits higher.

About — Touched By Grace Ministries Inc.
Touched by Grace is designed to help equip people for service and to help them understand their individual and corporate callings. We see “Harvesters” who need to realize and understand the “Harvests” that are all around them.
Touched by Grace Ministries was birthed in 1996 in order to be all that God would desire it to become. After 10 years the ministry began to take further shape beyond keeping the name alive and vision in front of our eyes. Rose and Todd had served in the Nashville community as lay leaders for 13 years in church service and helped to plant churches in the city.
Todd and Rose also operated internationally on short term Mission trips in Peru, Africa, Australia, Bahamas, Canada. While Todd was working for the Foreign Press as the Bureau Chief for the Middle East operations he and his wife were called into the Ordained Ministry. Rose and Todd were Ordained as ministers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to defend the faith that has been passed down through the Generations.
Todd and Rose on July 7th, 2007 stepped across the threshold and now serve as the President/Founder and Vice President/Founder of Touched by Grace Ministries. Touched by Grace has a Global presence with operations where ever God opens the doors for them.
Touched By Grace Ministries Inc. operates from Isaiah 61:1-2 “The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on us, because the Lord has anointed us to preach good news to the poor. he has sent us to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.”

We received this email from a lady, I had an amazing thing happen to me today.....I HEARD GOD, I HEARD HIM, I HEARD HIM, I HEARD HIM!!!!!! THANK YOU GOD.
I was reading a workbook called Action Confession (?). A voice plain as day said to me, "Call Aaron" (my brother). I stopped and was like....what was that?.....I started to read for about 2 seconds and thought....oh my goodness.....that was God.
I dropped what I was doing and called my brother....we had a good conversation and I felt better about the things that have gone on lately and when I got off the phone, I thanked God....it was all I could think about and have thought about since.
It was not a thought it was a voice with specific words, there was clarity as if someone was standing right next to me but I heard it inside my body......AWESOME!!!!
I can't wait to hear him again....HOLY COW, IT WAS INCREDIBLE!!
It actually startled me.....YA HOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Someone shared with me this in an email in the past month, “I just wanted to share with you something profound that happened to me this morning. I'm sitting in a coffee shop writing this, and just a few minutes ago I was staring out the window thinking about what's changed since Todd was here. I think I may have more questions than before he got here, but I also feel like the questions have deconstructed some of the scaffolding that kept me in a fearful/limited state. The most important thing that's changed, though, is the possibility that I too may be able to hear from God. Moments later I felt the most astounding gratefulness I can ever remember feeling. It was tears of peace, joy, tingling but sturdy. It was as if I were connected to the world, but also more than and not limited to the world. It's been a long time since I felt chosen, and part of a bigger plan."

TBGM Fruit Report (Brentwood TN)
Rose has been mentoring a young woman over the past month; the young woman has been in a relationship that has been strained and dysfunctional for 7 years. She called us the other day so excited with the following story, the young woman went to meet the person she has been struggling with. She noticed her chest begin to tighten as she approached the meeting point. There was some small talk and then she took her sunglasses off and looked the person in the eye and said, "I just want you to know that I am sorry if I have done anything to offend you now or in the past and I am praying this relationship will get healthier."The woman looked at her and said. “Well yes, I have been praying too and we need to work together to make things better. The young woman after speaking these words said, "I feel so free and a burden has been lifted."
TBGM Fruit Report (Nashville TN American Red Cross)
had the opportunity to give plasma at the Red Cross the other day and planned to just read my book while donating. The lady taking by plasma asked why we travel so much. I responded in a very bold manner we preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ as the only way to have eternal life. The lady at first I think was taken back. The lady went to her desk and began processing some paperwork. I began to read my book.
After about 5 minutes she came over and began to pour her heart out to me about her family and the dysfunction that she has seen with her other siblings and boyfriend. I had the opportunity to just be the listening ear for about 45 minutes. You could see in her eyes she needed someone to talk to.

TBGM Fruit Report (Whole Foods Grocery Clerk)
Rose and I were with the family at Whole Foods the other day, buying food for the TBGM women’s retreat and we were in the check out line. I began bagging the groceries and the clerk said, “Thank you for helping me”. I said in reply, “In Israel we bag the groceries all the time that is the custom of the country. we are used to this when we travel.” The lady asked, “What we do in Israel?” I was waiting for the persecution to hit when I said, “we are now ministers of the Gospel”. There sometimes is a stigma that goes along with being a minister that it would be easier to be a lawyer or doctor. The lady at the check out counter said, “That is great, how exciting.” You could see the genuine expression in her eyes that she was encouraged by what we were doing with our family of six traveling the world to tell others about Jesus Christ. So much so that she said, “She would love to teach English as a second language.” I said to her, “there is a lot of opportunity for that and maybe you can travel with us one day.” I gave her our business card and blessed her as we left the store.

Rose and I are so excited about how God is producing fruit through the empowerment of His Spirit working on our lives. We wanted to share some of the fruit.
Joel 3:13-14 “Swing the sickle for the harvest is ripe come; trample the grapes, for the wine press is full and the vats overflowing…. So great is their wickedness!” Multitudes, Multitudes in the valley of decision: For the day of the Lord is near in the valley of decision.
How true these verses are for all of our lives even after making the decision to follow Christ we have decisions to make to take ownership of our Faith and begin the sowing reaping principles. As our heavenly father the vinedresser comes and prunes us we can expect fruit the will last to come from our lives according to
John 15:1, “You did not choose me, but I chose you to go and bear fruit, fruit that will last.
A single Mom, from the eastern part of the United States, called to say the following, “Thank you so much for speaking with me on the phone the other night. I did not realize that we were on the phone for two hours. I have begun speaking out about my faith and relationship with God more freely and it has so rewarding to see how God is showing me others who believe and have faith in Him too.”

Heart Trouble

Tender and Responsive Heart
2 Chronicles 34:27
Like Josiah, I want a tender and responsive heart, So that I will humble myself before you when I hear your word.
I was moved by this verse this morning in our devotional time. I pray that we will all seek a tender and responsive heart. I thank God for the word of God that we have that is active and living.

TBGM - Nehemiah's Prayer
Nehemiah after hearing the things about Jerusalem was deeply moved.
4 When I heard these things, I sat down and wept. For some days I mourned and fasted and prayed before the God of heaven. 5 Then I said:"O LORD, God of heaven, the great and awesome God, who keeps his covenant of love with those who love him and obey his commands, 6 let your ear be attentive and your eyes open to hear the prayer your servant is praying before you day and night for your servants, the people of Israel. I confess the sins we Israelites, including myself and my father's house, have committed against you. 7 We have acted very wickedly toward you. We have not obeyed the commands, decrees and laws you gave your servant Moses.
8 "Remember the instruction you gave your servant Moses, saying, 'If you are unfaithful, I will scatter you among the nations,
9 but if you return to me and obey my commands, then even if your exiled people are at the farthest horizon, I will gather them from there and bring them to the place I have chosen as a dwelling for my Name.'

It is great to see in Nehemiah's prayer that when we return to God and obey His commands that He will gather us all from among the nations to be a people set apart for Him. Let us abandon our idols and our temporal mindsets and come back to God and obey His commands. The promises are to great to number of how God wants to lavish His love upon us.

TBGM (Circuit City Gospel Encounter)
Today I was led to go to Circuit City to have my computer repaired for a problem that I was encountering with my notebook. I did not get my lap top fixed, but I did get to share the Gospel. After explaining to the customer service helper my need for this laptop, she explained to me that she couldn't help me.
I told her that I travel alot and need my computer wireless card to be fixed as we are in different countries. She said, "You should bring me on as your IT help." She then asked, "What do you do?" I said ,"I am a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, but we are not affiliated with a church, we are our own nonprofit. She responded and said, "That is great, I don't like organized religion at all." So, I blessed her left the store and went about my day.
My wife called to let me know that this lady called our home based on an earlier call I put into Circuit City. She identified with Rose that I was the same guy that was in the store earlier. The lady on the phone said, "Oh, was he the minister that was here, I really liked him."
We never know what impact we will have on someone when we honestly share who we are and what we represent.
This should also be a lesson that the world is struggling with how the "Organized Religious Community" is viewed. How are we presenting ourselves to a lost and dying world is the question we must ask ourselves.

I have to say that I loved the retreat and I really felt that I heard from the Lord on several issues that I had going on in my life. I really felt at peace about things after the retreat with a refreshing of the spirit and mind. I think that is was amazing how God had it all planned out several months ago and that I had no idea what would be going on in my life.
This retreat came right in the middle of my last two weeks of a very stressful job. God knew that I needed to be refreshed right in the middle to be able to make it to the end and the Lord knew exactly what I needed to hear from him. It has been amazing this week how God has blessed me with a new job, and I do not believe this is the end of the story yet.
I would encourage women to get away from their busy lives for 24 hours and see what God has in store for you.

TBGM (Finger Prints of God)
Today I called to pay our cellular phone bill, after receiving adequate funds to pay the bill, as we live by faith. Our service was turned off for 4 days as we waited for the needed funds to come in. Today, somebody gave us $100.00 so that I could pay our bill and activate our service again.
When I called to turn the service on the agent helping me preceeded to tell me that he would waive the $5 agent fee for helping pay the bill and the $35 reconnect fee. I did not even have to ask. I told him that we always try to pay our bill as soon as we have the money. The agent on the other end of the phone merely said, “I understand”.
On Friday when our service was interrupted I was on the phone with a good friend and she said, “You should ask sometimes they will wave those fees?” So I said, “That would be great if the Lord would wave those fees?”
I love the fingerprint of God and the Grace He has on our lives.

TBGM Women’s retreat report
Dear Friends,
Here is a short synopsis of what happened on the women’s retreats:
I chose to speak on “wait,” “promise” and “life.”
On the Nashville retreat there were six women. Although the women did not open up as quickly as in the past, by the end of the retreat when we gathered together we had a great prayer time. That ended our time together well and everyone left refreshed and ready to face a new week. One girl saw God answer her prayer for a job. Another went home and anointed her son with oil and prayed for him (something she would not normally do).
The LA retreat had 10 women who were hungry to know God at a deeper level. One girl had a prayer answered through turtles poking their heads out of the little pond. Other girls received Bible verses that really touched their life. One was thinking of a verse as I played a song and when she received her personalized verse card it was that exact verse. Several other women told me privately that although they did not open up and share much during our time together, that they were challenged by what I said and were pondering on everything.
I have learned that these retreats do not always have immediate results.Sometimes what is said is taken to heart and then a month or six months down the road something happens and they relate it to the retreat. Several women were encouraged to “put their feet into the water a little bit and watch the ripples go forth.” I am anxious to see what the Lord does in their lives as they seek Him. One thing I know for certain, God was present and encouraged us all in one way or another. We all had a “date with God” and took situations we were anxious about and laid them at His feet. We claimed His promises for our lives and now seek to live life to the fullest.
Continue to pray for all the women as they seek to follow their Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Pray for me as I continue to walk through some situations with them. God has joined us together for reasons I don’t know yet. I am excited to see where the Lord leads.
